Sometimes I come back to this video to listen to this beautiful melody of my childhood again. It was my first game from the Farming Simulator series, I remember those first impressions, everything was so beautiful, especially the map with its quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It was on the Hagenstedt map that I spent most of my childhood... beautiful times... greetings to all fans and owners of Farming simulator 2013❤🎉

Man, time flies. I was 10 years old, playing this on my dad’s Xbox 360, having the time of my life. Now, i’m playing FS22 on my Xbox Series X, with much better graphics, more features, etc. But i just wish i could go back to 2013, when everything was just right.
Edit: I wanted to mention, the moment i played FS13, i was in love. I’ve played every game since that one. (fs15, fs17, fs19, and now fs22.) For a while, I played on pc until i got grounded from my pc a few years back, when i started playing fs17 on my xbox. Obviously, i can use my pc now but i just like playing Xbox better.
Well if you played FS 17 I think you can still remember that classic vibe

There’s a nostalgia to this song that’s hard to describe. I remember getting home from school and booting up FS13 and playing the whackiest mod VideoGamsCanada could find. This song was always there to greet me

I remember being around 6 or 7 years old when I started playing after my brother bought it. I never understood the concept, but I always loved running pedestrians over with a lawnmower.
I dont know about yall, but this part 2:35 with the mouth harmonica, makes me a proud Farming Simulator player

683rd like here, as most of the people here this song brings back a ton of nostalgia like little me chasing down the milk truck in a lil blue tractor after coming home from school just tryin to figure out where the milk truck goes, when I found out I was not disappointed to say the least..

Man its been 9 years, i remember playing this game as a kid with 1000+ mods, this sure was a journey...
I remember this one mod I had it was the Lawn Mower from hell it had three mowers on it and you could tow a loading wagon behind it and all the grass would go into it.
I had a too many firetruck mods good times...
i remember playing that in 2014? and 2015? and 2016 and in 2021 learned how to update the game and played this game and i enjoyed that

I played so much of this game and have bought every FS game since. All the new games are nicer, but none will be better than this game purely because of the memories I had on it.
All these years later I still regard 13 as the best farming simulator, the jump from 11 to 13 was insane, they added contract jobs, beets and potatoes, field ownership, chickens, sheep, overhauled cows, businesses, greenhouses, tons of new vehicles not to mention the visual jump (while I still believe fs15 was a bigger graphics jump)
The game was also probably the most intuitive in all of it's mechanics it ever was, really in my eyes the perfect casual farming simulator

I never played this as a kid, i just remember pirating it and then getting jumpscared by the mission stuff, now i deleted the pirated version and got the game on Steam legally and with all dlc, this is so good.

I don't miss the game because of nostalgia, I miss the game because I played it during my childhood, and the world used to be a better during the time. I also really loved the tractors in the game and some are still my favorite to this day. I just want the world to go back the way it was without all the gays, TikTok, and idiots. I miss what the world used to be.
