The fact that programmer knew what he was talking about implies that other people have tried the The Chosen One level before. I wonder how Alan feels knowing that his was the only one to start a decade-long internet rampage to our knowledge.

1:41 I just want to point out to any "Alan Becker cinematic universe" fans that this conversation alone is a big plot point, that basically says that Alan isn't the only one who can bring stick figures to life, and that means that the whole city in his later episodes means that each and every one of those stick figures was drawn by an animator.
That guy was implied to be a programmer, though. It might just be that any stick figure Alan’s creations interact with gain life, and that victim and TCO being free caused enough to gain sapience to form a city.

I watched this on GitHub in school. 😂 I was so confused because I didn’t understand what was happening.
I suddenly remembered this and I'm genuinely impressed with the quality of the animation, it's REALLY smooth and there are so many details that I couldn't appreciate back then but I always admired the creativity.

This is where it all began, the absolute beautiful story of the stickmen group
In the old videos of Alan, people are always just: "oh its been so long i watched this when i was a kid, nostalgia."
But their replies and in new videos, they're like this: "dude this was made before i even existed" or even worse, which I hate even more are people that just act like this never existed.
