Slums of Mumbai are occupied by illegal Bangladeshis since 1990s, old timer residents have been contributing $2 Billions per year to India's GDP with their 20,000 one room factories. Posh South Mumbai can't survive without hard working Dharavi-kars. Author belongs to Anglicized Mughal rootless parasitic crowd which populated Lutyen Delhi till May 2014. Such authors and leaders have brought Pakistan to current situation of hopelessness. Seems Pakistani elite will never learn. Thank you Shehzad! :) fantastic job. To date I haven't seen an episode where your interviewing skills weren't up to the mark. I know a lot of people might think interviewing is easy but its not. You always manage to keep the spotlight on the guest and make them feel comfortable.
You probably aren't best friends with Zaidi sb but the fact that he still felt comfortable cracking some naughty jokes (Kamran Khan wala was legendary I've rewatched it 5x already) speaks volumes about your skills :)

While I don't necessarily align with your views, I have listened to many of your podcasts because it is good for my growth to listen to those I do not agree with. Warna algorithms ka bas chalay to meri marzi ki cheezein feed hon sirf.
This podcast was an absolute joy to listen to. MZ is a true neutral and when he said certain things about IK, I have to open myself to believing those things.
Another I listened to was Hussain Haqqani. After years of hearing how he is a traitor, he didn't sound like one while speaking.
I think you should invite more people who you do not necessarily align your views with. Muzamil (who is the main person I listened to) was one such person. Wish it would have been handled differently but koi nai.
You could also start a group like TBT but with your own sort of perspective. Would be happy to join and expand my horizons.

I am just lost. I don't understand how Junaid Akram, Muzamil and a host of other podcasters are more popular than this guy. It is no less than a feat to have viewers watch the whole 2 hours of every show.
Also, since this was the 4th podcast I have watched after discovering your channel last week, I found Jibran Nasirs from 3 years ago. You said you would vote for anyone who talks about Malik Riaz, I think he is that man then.
This channel has been more entertaining, enlightening and addictive than Netflix. Thank you Shahzad!
P.S. I think the algorithm is rigged or you are doing something wrong. Your channel was never suggested although I have watched Junaid Akrams, Muzammils and others in the same genre. Something is missing which is holding back how people discover your channel.

Plus I would love to see someone stick it to him with sensible questions where he can't BS his way out. You do take a stab with humor so he will have a hard time and will probably look like an utter fool when he can't get reactively defensive.

For few dollars more, "Pakistan paid a hefty price." Protecting privileges of the army establishment, Pakistan pays price impossible to assess. Yet, it is possible. Two books show why Pakistan as a half-made society will doom to remain half-made society. In "Among the Believers", the writer Naipaul shows how people, be of Establishment or non-Establishment stay at home with worldly corruption while using Islam as a smokescreen. All this talk about the condition of the land turns out to be only a talk. Democracy and its institutions require certain disposition, manners and character. Pakistan lacks it. it lacks it profoundly.
