They are so horribly perfect for each other and they know it. But Hardin manages to cause problems and swears that he’ll never do anything to be apart from Tessa. But he keeps on doing it! Over and over. Tessa really broke in “After We Fell” and I don’t blame her. I even started to think that she would do better with Zed or Trevor! But I can never stop loving Hardin... so I’m always on his side😭
I read the book and watched the movie. And honestly I prefer the movie 🤷🏽♀️ The book was way more toxic and too repetitive to the point where it looses it’s touch. Even Tessa and Hardin as characters were much better, in the book they were a bit to childish and to revealing. Many things happened very quickly to where as the movie was more realistic from my point of view. Sure there were many things that were left out from the book which should have definitely been included. But all in all I prefer the movie, I don’t know why it get’s so much hate.

In the book it portrayed and explored their relationship in a messy and also very realistic way. Which is real. I’m also really excited for the second movie.

You know I love Tessa and Hardin soo much but I did expect this to happen because in the beginning people like her are always like oh yeah you don’t have to worry about me but when she got caught with a bad boy according to the movie she was so quick to change up her words I mean she was fine with the way she was in the beginning but now she has completely changed up and said something she should have said along time ago but whatever I still love love love!!!! I haven't read the books, but as far as I know Hardin is worse in them. It's just that in my opinion, it's not just him who is to blame for their quarrels. I mean, in After 2, when they had an argument at the party, it wasn't really Hardin's fault. And in After 1, I understand that he didn't tell her about the bet, but even so, it still doesn't change the fact that he came to love her. And maybe in 3,4,5 when they argue, it will be more his fault, but Tessa is not so holy as it seems. She did worse with Zed ... Anyway, they deserve each other with all the flaws and mistakes they made. 😄
