Hi Helen, I think a black wooden bed & an black arched cabinet w/doors would look nice for your fragrances. Also I still love your bedroom decor from many years ago when you had the plants & emerald green with the cream, gray & green throw was beautiful.
I loved when she did that look in her bedroom.

@Helen , I think the shelf will make the room look like there’s a lot in there and you’re going to like it at first but then get sick of it lol 😂 tall black furniture can look heavy , especially with doors on it, so that’s something to think about lol

Hi Helen a black wooden bed would be awesome, but you can reupholster a lot of your furniture on your own such as the bed and chairs. Also maybe you can swap the black frame mirror from the comfy room to your bedroom. Have an awesome day 💖💖💖.

The headboard is attached to the bed. It's one piece

Hey, Helen yes the wall space over your bed. I think it looks better with nothing there. I prefer empty walls myself. it'll finish the Modern look. If you choose the all white bedding. The pillows maybe should be a pop of color. Purple, the color of the gold bedding you showed a pic of. The black head board that iiissshhh is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. The cabinet with doors is a good idea, out of sight out of mind. I prefer clean straight lines not too much going on. Just to have a Serene relaxing space. Yes, nothing above your head (Feng Shui - restful sleep). Remove picture above your head. Your head board is nice and big, perfect.
I'm torn between painting my bedroom furniture black or white. I like both but I'm over the white bedding! I like the tan or wheat colors for the bed, maybe a waffle knit bedspread. I'm over my headboard too, but it isn't massive like yours. BTW, I love the two cabinets that you are considering for your perfumes! Tfs🫶🏾
I like bare walls in the bedroom. Creates a calming effect. Wall decor is too stimulating
Hey girl the living room change the console to a larger or atleast a little taller. Leave the chairs and mirror. Bedroom, add the pics over the mini couch, pur an open shrlves between the windows and put mirror on empty wall. And try slipcovering the headboard just to see. You are so inspiring me me to do something in my room.
That's what I said . I want the larger console its just not in the budget right now. Ok..leave the chairs? They are so small in scale the sofa. Let go back and read it again.

@helenhnaturalbeauty open shelves in between the windows in the bedroom. Then a mirror on the empty wall. I love the bed though let's work through this.
The right mirror will give the apppreance if the chairs are bigger.
Helen I think you should go with the black cabinet with the frost glass doors instead of open shelving.
Because you’re not fond of sensory overload, and your bedroom is your sanctuary, you would probably tire of open shelves for your smell goods… I love the closed cabinet you showed because it’s not “wow” all of my perfumes coming at me all at once; kind of peekaboo looking, and the lighting gives off a cozy ambiance… leave the portrait (the over your bed one) off…. ultimately I’m sure when you’re done it will be 🔥🔥🔥🖤🧡💪🏿

Hey Helen, no criticism just an observation 😊I think you change your decor a lot because you have so many bookshelves that you have to fill, which gives a cluttered look and you seem like more of a minimalist. We would love to see some of Tara’s graduation celebrations 🥰❤️

Right - maybe but some fabric and cover the headboard. Black would go with her color scheme and maybe replace (cover) the brownish pillows.
