Read it as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 - it shows the button combination in order to remove the obstacles of the chest :3
There's an area underground where there's this little cooking pot with four ingredients on each corner. If go down to the room at the middle, you will see the recipe order. That's the combination to the buttons for the chest

You should be able to control it with the direction arrows, the same way you would move your character :3

You can put a character in the Training Room to automatically make her 5*, max level, max awaken. That should help you beat the Harvester, although you still need to dodge around to survive :3
