i watched this from DD pov and immediately when he was caught i figured janet, 5up, or aipha had vision or one of them was investigator just for it to be both of those.. which was so unlucky 😭

@@julx97 Scott asked what Koji was up to or wtv and 5up caught that. Cuz Scott didn't ask anyone else and he asked Koji after 5up tried to kill him.
@@julx97 Koji's shield was broken by 5up, Scott asked Koji where he had been to try and find out who was with him to break the shield, 5up knew Scott was medic from that
Scott should've realized coms where sabotaged, so Koji couldn't have known who it was

5up completely failed to mention the phantom he saw when self reporting
talking about the phantom usually gives sus, so they don't usually say much about phantoms

And this is why, in these lobbies, killers have the upmost advantage. There's no time crunch on a crew task win.

I need help understanding how 5up deduced that Medic guess.
He tried to kill Koji in storage but it didn’t work. He knew the Medic saw the green flash at that moment, so in the meeting Smajor gave himself away by immediately asking where Koji had been
scott only asked for koji's route, specifically. plus koji was clear from the previous round when they both were in specimen so the interrogation was unnecessary
its classic thing to do, if you attack someone shielded, you wait for someone to mention something related to this player, and shoot him as medic, especially if its asking for route or whos they been with

In this mod you can't click the Phantom until they are almost done with tasks
Yes, and saying you saw the phantom is more likely to give away the fact that you have vision, so best not to say anything.

Can someone explain how Kara revealed her role with the others unable to guess her? How does that part work?
Once mayor reveals themselves, they're taken off the list to guess. Otherwise it would be a useless role since they'd be dead before they could even use the mayor votes.
Mayor role has a reveal button in the meeting. Player with that role can reveal themselves once per game to others anytime during meetings specifically. Mayor then gets 3 votes (unrevealed Mayor has 1 vote like everyone else) and mostly becomes a target for bad people, because they have a power to vote out people by themselves, mainly in final 6 and less they have a lot of power with those 3 votes.

Is it just me, or I’ll be watching someone’s among us video, an example of this is 5up’s, because, yk, this is his video, and then OUT OF NOWHERE, I HEAR SMAJOR’S VOICE. He’s amazing but like, where the heck is he coming from? I swear he wasn’t there before 😭

Im new here. How did he know smajor is the medic?
My guess is :
Smajor knew that someone tried to kill koji, thanks to his medic role. The first thing he asked during the meeting was koji's route, to understand who could have tried to kill koji. Then he would have told that he is medic and that someone tried to kill koji.
But smajor doesn't seems to have a good reason to ask koji's route in particular (koji wasn't sus previously, they weren't together during this round...), and 5up figured out that smajor's reason to ask for koji's route was to tell everyone that someone tried to kill koji !
And thanks to this quick guess of smajor's role, nobody knew that koji life was almost ended , and some even have doubts about smajor's role ^^
That's a crazy catch. And it would have outed 5up as a potential killer if he didn't guess Smajor's role just then.

@@mrsbasia122 Not really (unless of a ping issue). 5up didn't pass through Koji's view and only tried to kill him after coms got called. So, Koji had no idea 5up even saw him, nor that he was the gray bean entering storage with him.
@@SuddenReal but if everyone knew that someone tried to kill koji like 7s before the meeting, some people could be clear for this "kill" , and 5up cannot be cleared at all
no but actually HOW did 5up guess the medic
5up popped Koji's shield, so when Scott asked Koji where he was that round (as the medic, trying to figure out who might have popped the shield), 5up figured out Scott must've been the medic (since he didn't ask anyone else)
@kreeevin Additionally Koji was Not Sus due to previous info so asking Only Koji immediately added to the potential of Smajor being medic. After all if he's Not Sus why would you immediately ask his route? Unless you needed info of who was with him when you got alerted the shield was triggered. And since 5up knew there was a medic, it all melded together into knowledge.

Why is Koji constantly saying it's 5up and offering 0 argument? He seems extremely confident but has not offered a single reason as to why he thinks it's 5up besides saying he was silent after the game is over.... He also accuses Janet with shitty logic. Pretty sus but dk if this game was streamed or if there was a delay so who knows....

Well, he was the Engineer, so it was possible he was in a vent when 5up vented. But of course he can't say he saw 5up vent, because then 5up would know his role since he wasn't anywhere on the screen.
I love how the intro explains everything and nothing at the same time

What is a Venerer (asking for a friend)
from the readme for TownOfUs: "The Venerer is an Impostor that gains abilities through killing.
After their first kill, the Venerer can camouflage themself.
After their second kill, the Venerer can sprint.
After their third kill, every other player is slowed while their ability is activated.
All abilities are activated by the one button and have the same duration."
