Alien Swamp Ambience

Welcome to the gloomy swamps of planet Avos. Filled to the brim with alien flora and fauna, these coastal swamps experience heavy rainfall from clouds moving in from the oceans. Many creatures here produce their iconic sounds through a special tubular organ on the roof of their mouth. This organ acts as a sort of organic flute, which the creature will force air through to produce sound, thus creating the echoing chirps, clicks, and chatters.

How do you get those sounds?

It’s a little hard to explain. I’ve actually learned how to make them with my mouth, by forcing air between my teeth and lips. Its just a random talent I guess. That added with a bit of pitch adjusting and reverb makes some pretty convincing creature calls.
