amazingly well played and i love the fidelity to the letter of the score especially rhythmically - this needs to sound young and vigorous and Zander's steady hand on rhythm also means the players can be more confident and hence have better ensemble, then the ritards etc that Strauss puts in have double the effect - gorgeous violin solo, probably my favorite, the way that "fainting" glissando towards the end of the "love music" was played was delicious. bravo to all. probably my favorite version of this piece now
