The SU-75 is to the SU-57, what the F-16 is to the F-15. A lightweight tactical fighter that shares the same engine as its larger earlier stablemate. To date only a single unengined static display shell has ever been seen. And looking at Russia's continuing troubles to field the SU-57, or the T-14 Armada tank due to technical/production failings. I doubt we will see one any time soon, if ever.

The Su-75 in DCS is even more of a guess than current aircraft like the F-22 or Su-57, because it doesn't fully exist yet.
It will also probably never exist, as it utilizes a lot of western components that are now embargoed to hell and back.

I know you don't like to fly her, but this mission is tailor made for 'Fat Amy.' The F-35 would have a far higher survivability chance for an interdiction strike against the latest Russian technology.

Yeah, I would like to see that fight. I am not sure if the game does F-35 justice, I am not sure they duplicate what is might be really capable of.
Even better if instead of AMRAAM he uses Meteors which the british use for F-35 as well.

Cheap to produce and maintain. A quick and easy export fighter for Op For countries that will give them an edge in modern, 5th gen air combat.
This would likely be used primarily as an interceptor, while still having a multirole capability for countries that desire it.
It's the MiG21 of the modern age.

The length of the video relative to the announced mission scope is itself a spoiler.
Correction regarding the Su-75: it has been called the Lightning killer, not Raptor killer. It’s currently under development and has been described as a gen 4.5, gen 4++ and gen 5- by various aviation authorities. Although it does sport features to reduce the RCS Russia itself has made no such claims, so the exact nature of its RCS is currently unclear, despite many in the western media have calling it a stealth fighter.

I've seen the R77m get GS more than any other weapon. Its a clever little guy
a real pain in the ass it is, but it is their most modern missile so I guess it makes sense.

@@user-lz8qo2ie7sEh.. I’d say it is their most modern one. Sure, you got the R-37M, but it’s not as easily affordable and it’s so much more bulkier, making it not the most convenient for day-to-day air operations. R-77M is a good choice, especially with that terminal phase, secondary motor.

The finishing was totally surprising!! Those Su75s were so aggressive!! Especially when one of them avoided the AMRAM so confidently from the higher altitude! These aircraft need F22 for the kill.

Does DCS allow you to choose the station for your ordinance i kinda feel like the jdam's should have been inboard of the harm so the heavier loads are inboard closer to the center of gravity

You were too focused on getting the HARMs off. I made a mission just like this in VTOL VR and I keep focusing on the SAM Radars while there are basically SU-57s flying toward me. Redo this mission for us with maybe an F-15 and sling missiles at the Checkmate to throw it off and allow you to have a better chance to get closer and get the AGM/HARMs off.
The SU-57 Checkmates look a lot like the fighters from the Anime Yukikaze 😮 Also, these endings never get old 😄
