    Hard to believe that this was made on the year I was born. Thanks Randy for introducing us to these songs and for another great lesson.

    Love the lesson man! Always love the sound of this music. You think you could look into "red house boogie" by the go getters? It's some semi newer rockabilly buts pretty good stuff. Thanks, Keep rocking! ✌️

      Thank you for your comment! I'm trying to focus on the 1950s because that's where my passion and expertise is. I still have so many requests for songs from that era. I hope you understand

    I’m really diggin’ this tune! Although pretty straightforward I would still appreciate a Randy Richter level rhythm guitar lesson for the rest of this tune on Patreon if possible?? Thanks! This was a great request and not one I was familiar with, I love it when it happens good like this. 🤠

      Hey Corey, I will do rhythm guitar lesson on Patreon at the end of the week. I love it too, when I discover a new tune I really dig.

    Should I get a Telecaster or a Les Paul? I have an affinity for 50s era stuff and really enjoy it, but also want to play my era - 80s rock like Boston, Sammy Hagar, Eddie Money, ACDC and maybe some Thin Lizzy from 70s through 80s. I'm 2 years in on acoustic and want to step up my game. Thanks for your videos.

      Telecaster all the way

      @ducktailcat  Před 2 lety +1

      That's really hard to say for me. You should try several guitars out and pick your favourite. Everybody has different taste and preferences.

    Was it Dave Rouhilier or Stan Getz?

    • @ducktailcat
      @ducktailcat  Před 2 lety

      Stan Getz was the bass player of the band.
