This version of Bring Your Daughter isn't actually a cover, it's the Iron Maiden version that's a cover of the solo Dickinson song (hence why it sounds different and came out later).

@@llynellyn Hence the inverted commas. ;)
Riding With the Angels was originally written and redcorded by Russ Ballard in 1977. It was covered by Samson in 1981.
Doing the lord's work!
I want to go back to 1990 and see this amazing show live.
I saw it at the Astoria in London - it was brilliant 👍🏻

Had all the on dvd once upon a time. Wore them out
So fucking awesome! To the absolute max! And Bruce, is so damn hot! 🔥
Absolutely!!! Specially after Bruce takes his jacket off and sings shirtless!!! Holy f**k!!! 🔥🥵🥰❤
Какой приятный голос у Брюса Дикинсона, даже когда он просто разговаривает. Вот как на этом концерте, например.
Great concert! Lots of energy!
I saw this show in Houston and it remains one of the best rock and roll shows Ive ever experienced and Ive seen a few! One thing that was omitted from this video and I have never been able to find online is there was as an introduction opera piece very dramatic right before the band hits the opening crashing chord that you see here
It was this - czcams.com/video/MRvwxQs_c00/video.html
what a performance
Esse show é simplesmente fantástico, eu tinha esse show em VHS, e o perdi com o tempo. Im dos melhores shows que já vi. Performance fantástica de todos os integrantes.
The best frontman in metal
Absolutely
Too right that is!
No, Paul Di'Anno is number one.
Absolutely!!! Bruce Dickinson is number 1 greatest frontman and singer of all time in metal!!! 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Halford
Holy SHIT Jan spun round in his guitar as he played
О, как хорошо слушать этот концерт! Я уже его слушала несколько раз. И это хорошо. Я так хотела, так хотела. Помню, видела только клип Dive Dive Dive!
А хотела весь концерт. Так и писала:" хотелось бы весь концерт посмотреть."
40:22: I was here that night, and this was one of the coolest things I had ever seen a guitarist do up to that point in my life. I will never forget this show. I was 25, had just recently moved to Southern California, and was having one of the best nights of my life (just didn't know it then).
I still think that him leaving then coming back was Def the best move.
wooo thanks
Bruce looks so f***ing 🔥 during this concert!!! Specially when he took off his jacket and sang shirtless!!! Holy f**k!!! 🔥🥵🤤🥰😍❤
I bought this when it came out ! I didn't even know he played near Los Angeles...this place was in Reseda ...like 15 minutes from my house ...i wish I could of gone but i was on night shift....😮
Saw this tour at the London Astoria - best gig ever!
Was it the night Maiden were there and they did The Trooper as an encore?
@Robert Jones No sadly not - that would have been fantastic!
@@RobertJones-xq1si No sadly not, but it was great though!

Wish I could find this on dvd! Amazing show!
Search for a DVD called 'Bruce Dickinson - Anthology'. It's a 3 Disc set and this gig is Disc One
@@brettlinforth1211 That's is a really epic DVD. I cried when I got it.
que maquina Janick!
@Samson 92 no, he's maquina
Janick is awasome 👍👍👍
Janick's using that machine that he's made to look like a guitar, before he pushes a button and pretends that he's playing a guitar, because he knows he's so terrible at it and fakes it.
1:23:43 Bruce wrestling a fan off of the stage 😀
Well done! Not confused!

Cheers 🍻
грэйтс...помню этот концерт на видеокассете, далее dvd ...лучший сольник Брюса

46:40 All The Young Dudes (David Bowie "cover")
This rocks I love it sounds like old maiden first timel I heard it in 2)021
Tattooed Millionaire is my second favorite Bruce solo album. Bruce and Janick were absolutely incredible in this concert. 🤘
OMG 👏👏👏👏🔝🔝🔝🔝
I remember the days when we had to download this concerts from dvd rips
I remember the days when we had to copy this onto other cassette tapes!
Un concierto fabuloso!!!
Janick is awasome 👍👍
Yeah. Bruce is incredible! 🤘🏻😁🤘🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Pra mim o anos 90 foi o auge da voz do Bruce, sem palavras a sonoridade desta banda...
@Samson 92 Exactly!
Nope. Bruce's peak was in the 80s! Those high notes were incredible and his screams were out of this world!!! 🤘🏻🤘🏻
riding with the angels me encanta la rola. q barbaros
Bruce estava cantando muito, puta show. PS - fã que sobe no palco tem que levar guitarrada na cabeça igual fazia o Keith Richards.
Son of s hun. Hun lol. Hmm would love to meet bruce Dickinson
Impresionante 👏
Bring Your Daughter... To The Slaughter (Iron Maiden "cover") This is wrong..
"The song was originally recorded and released by Bruce Dickinson for the soundtrack to A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child, but Steve Harris liked it so Iron Maiden rerecorded it."
That is right. That and "the Wicker Man" released solo by Bruce Dickinson then supplanted by a song of the same name released on the Iron Maiden imprint which totally eclipsed the first song. This friction from management and over Adrian Smith's project Urchin caused the breakup. People forget that Adrian also left, and had a successful band of his own.
First song sounds just like 2 minutes to midnight.
+Yggdrasil Smog It was written before Two Minutes since it was from Samson, Bruce's Band before he joined Maiden.
Yggdrasil Smog From the album "Shock Tactics" (1981)
a pesar de que el que editó el vídeo, a penas se ve si es janick... me di cuenta que era el por sus movimientos... aunque creo que es buen guitarrista , yo no pensaba que tocara como lo hizo acá. buen material, debo decir c:
31:20 XDD 😂❤
When I see the first couple of minutes of this clip all that it reminds me of is queen! In the best possible way... it's great I love it ...
Better than Iron Maiden! This concert is simply supernatural!! The drummer is most crazy than Nicko MacBrain!
Better than Maiden? Might be a stretch to say that, but Bruce is on FIRE
Better than Iron Maiden? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! Good joke! 🤣🤣🤣
44:40 janick breaking a string from such mayhem and changing guitar mid song so cool haha
HELL
Baterista agressivo e tecnico ao msm tempo
2 Minutes To Midnight and Riding With Angels are too similar...but the second it's form 1981 and the first it's from 1984
totally ripoff
Well Bruce wrote it with Adrian so it was like a throwback to his Samson days
35:55
Otima banda e o melhor vocalista d tds os tempos.....sucesso
Supershow!!!
Споси́бо.. за.. мотериал
DICKINSON ES MUCHO MEJOR SOLISTA QUE EN MAIDEN!!!!
Es verdad.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
NOPE!!!! BRUCE DICKINSON IS MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER IN IRON MAIDEN THAN IN HIS SOLO ALBUMS!!!! AND THAT'S A FACT!!!!!!!
Poor old janick wasnt quite there this show.
But you have to love him.
Anyone that can slip in the laurel and hardy theme then the snowman into a solo is fine with me hahahaha.
@Samson 92 a very rich and famous "bad" guitarist.
Janick is awasome 👍👍👍
Janick blows! 😝👎🏻😝👎🏻😝👎🏻😝👎🏻😝👎🏻😝👎🏻
lol janick
Lol
1:26:36-1:27:09...
For those who say that Janick Gers sucks. FY!!! He is so awesome!
Hell yeah, he is! 🤘
Samson Cover! v... He was in Samson.... LOL
58:00 WTF Janick is doing?
look like blackmore tricks
agreed...I simply do not understand what he is doing in Maiden for years...maybe he has good jokes or so...it's clear that saved the band when Adrian left, but let's make it clear that he is not in the same league as anyone else in the band...
magic
@@fleshmagnet1236 Yeah. Janick blows! 😝👎🏻
29:11 Janick starts and called Nodding Donkey Blues

I'm guessing Yannick can play a bit.
Born in '58 should be covered by Springsteen..
No...
Janick gers is the worst friggin guitar player ever.. Not sure what the hell Bruce saw in him.
+VinnieVic Jones If he as then he wouldn't be in Iron Maiden for the last 17 Years. Sure when he jumps around like that his playing can sound all over the place, in some cases incredibly sloppy here, but he's essentially a solid Guitarist.
+VinnieVic Jones : I have never understood why he is still with Maiden. Dave and Adrian play 99.8 1/2 % of all the solos and his guitar work is really never heard, even when he does get to do a solo. He pretty much gets in the way of Steve and when he isn't, he always has to have his leg up on an amp. Have you ever noticed that he and Adrian are never together on stage or even in photo shoots? Steve and him will play next to each other and Dave and him, but never Adrian and him. LOL.
John Williams Janick and Adrian get on great, and yes there are some photos with the 3 Guitarists together.
+soeffingwhat : That's cool, not that it is any of my business, but I always had a bit of an un nerving every time I see pictures and see concerts, and I never see those two guys together. In my mind, I thought there was friction with those two.
John Williams I think its safe to say that there isn't. I've seen Adrian really compliment Janick in interviews. They're often on opposite ends of the stage, thats all really.
Hate that early 90s white guy playing a a bass really high with his fingers tone.... really don't work here..boo!
Gotta do what is comfortable and works for you, pose is not all my friend
