Out of all your builds and renos this has to be my utmost favorite, simply because you used so many pieces that get over looked because of their quirky swatches and you made it look SO EFFORTLESSLY BEAUTIFUL! ugh I love this sm, I'd live here in a heart beat. Def downloading this and using it for our lovely thrift store owner that came with high school years!
Really nice, clean floorplan. As a student of architecture, I often take issue with Sim builder's floorplans, but this one turned out really nice. The hallway especially, with it's angled walls, has a certain elegance to it. Great job! Also, the open door by the kitchen is a cute detail. Amazed you found matching wood tones between the door and archway. 😲

I love it! I got so much inspo from this. I'm currently playing with a household who either dumpster dive or thrift everything (obviously some of it is just pretending that they went to goodwill since the flea market in san myshuno kinda sucks) 🙈 and i'd like to renovate their place just a little bit to make it feel more alive.
Fabulous! I love all the colors here. I find myself getting a ton of furniture at garage sales, Facebook Marketplace, or when the town near me does bulk pick up. It's pretty wealthy there so I've been able to score some pretty amazing stuff for free! My favorite item was finding a beautiful drop down desk that now sits by my apartments front entryway

What a fun build! I find it more fun when I do a build without a certain theme or rules. Mix Matching and using items that are seldom used feels more interesting.

This looks amazing. I've always wanted to play the sims 4 solely so I can design houses and apartments like this. I always have so many ideas, and there's only so much (of the footprint) I can sketch out. If I had the game with all the downloads, I would be making and designing so many different types of homes.
I think this might be my favorite of all your speed builds. Absolutely fabulous.
