RULES:
The object of the game is to be the quickest to fit all 25 shapes into the matching holes in the tray. Setup. Layout the tray in front of the first player. Place all the shapes next to the tray, mix them up, then orient the shapes so that all their handles are facing up. Set the switch to stop. Turn the timer dial clockwise until it stops. Press down the pop-up tray.
On your turn, start the timer by moving the switch to start. Now, quickly try to fit all the shapes into their matching holes. If you finish before the timer runs out, quickly move the switch to stop. The timer number that the arrow is pointing to on the dial is the time that the next player needs to beat. Reset the board and the next player tries to beat your time.
If you do not finish before the timer runs out, the tray will pop out - scattering the shapes. Your turn is over. Reset the board and the next player goes with the goal of completing the tray before the timer runs out.
Play several rounds. The player at the end who matched all 25 shapes in the shortest time, wins.

When I set mine, after I start it it just goes to ten then pops up. Is it broken or is it something that can be fixed?
There's also a game called Superfection that works the same way, but with different shapes.
