Theatre Re - Participation & Training 2023

Theatre Re have been established as a professional ensemble since 2011, and we are proud to call ourselves one of the UK’s leading visual theatre companies. Our work combines original live music with striking visual performance to create world class, deeply moving non-verbal productions about universal human challenges and the fragility of life.
Participation and training is a core element of our work. We run regular open workshops for a range of individuals both in-person and online. We also offer training to colleges, universities and independent training institutions. Our READY training programme of workshops and seminars is designed to support students development both in creating work and building performance skills. Theatre Re’s training supports qualifications in drama, dance and contemporary performing arts as well as actors in training, industry professionals, and community and youth groups.
Our training programme is in high demand across the world with long-term partners such the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, East 15, Fourth Monkey Drama School and the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. In the last year we have engaged with over 530 people during our training and participation engagements. We’ve delivered workshops at schools and colleges up and down the country in Lancashire, Bristol, Barnsley, Basingstoke and Manchester, and open workshops in London, Nottingham and Eastleigh.
