Video125.co.uk. The WCML (West Coast Main Line) was filmed in 1995 on board a class 87 electric locomotive still operated by British Rail InterCity. Originally released as two separate video cassettes, the one DVD runs in excess of 3 hours and takes us non-stop to Preston in part one and then continues in part two over the two famous summits at Shap and Beattock to Glasgow Central.
