Given that the PDAG donated dress count has exponentially increased in the last 4 years, uh yeah, the push for dress making needs to start so much earlier than September to get over the 10K mark this year! Just rewatching this video for some dress a girl inspiration. I have some dresses cut out just trying to find time to sew them. It's the busy time at work. Can't wait until September. I'm hoping to get Practical Stitches numbers up.

I love the colors you used for the Life Sew Savory Tank Dress! I really like to use the Tiered Peasant dress from Scattered Thoughts of a crafty mom! It is very fun to make! I can used scraps and have a lot of variations.

Mari here are some of the patterns I have made for Dress a Girl @ the World all are Simplicity patterns #’s 0285, E1982, 2377& 7610 (modified the button closure to a tie) I hope this helps everyone make a nice variety. Thanks as always for all your inspiration and Uber fun spirit!!!😘🥰🙏

Yes it does! The ambassador for Canada is our very own CZcamsr, Shari, from Practical Stitches. She signed up to be an ambassador with DAG last year! Make sure you’re subscribed to her. She’s doing big things

Just a reminder for Dress A Girl Around The World dresses, no buttons. Although the buttons are decorative only on these dresses, I've been told not to do that. But, I'm going by the UK rules :)
That’s correct. No operating buttons, zippers, Velcro, etc

I’ve not watched yet but looked at the free pattern listing. Do you know about the “Good Deeds” dress, cross over bodice style. I’ve made that recently, it’s really nice. I’ll watch the video later tonight.

For project dressagirl, is it possible to make rompers/skorts/harem bottom rompers for added modesty?
As long as they’re still being paired with dress, Yes 🥰 Be sure to safety pin them to the dress tho, otherwise they get lost in the shuffle.
