#2 gingerbread would be so fun to stitch! I always watch your video as soon as I see you’ve posted. I like that most of your projects aren’t huge & overwhelming & they are always such cute finishes. Hope you have a fun summer. 😊
Love watching your videos! I've done my kitchen in gingerbread for Christmas for many many years, so it's always evolving with new decor. #2 gingerbread would be a welcome addition!
I do enjoy your videos. You have stitch many designers that I don’t so you broaden my horizons. You do lovely work!

Thanks for sharing all your stitchy goodness. I love seeing your projects. They are amazing. Carla at Cobweb Corner is amazing. 1 , 2
I have subscribed to The New England Stitcher. Hopefully she will reach, if not exceed her goal. I will try to watch today or tomorrow. The weather has been nice here for the most part. I am so glad you had a wonderful time at the retreat. The Pidgeon Coop book is going to be fabulous! I also had to see all the previews. I hope you keep enjoying your summer and happy stitching. 2
Just love watching your videos.Love your finish and stitching.Sounds like an
amazing time at Stitch Maine.
Enjoy your summer Helen.2

Lovely flosstube!!! Really enjoyed seeing your stitching! Happy stitching! 2
As suggested, we subscribed to The New England Stitcher. Here’s to hoping she makes it to 5,000.
2 - Gingerbread looks like a fun stitch. I really like your Hello Summer lighthouse piece, too.
Love your finishes can’t wait to see them framed. Your videos always bring inspiration not to mention enabling me to purchase more!😂🤣. But that’s mostly because I love your choices of patterns. You have introduced me, and others I’m sure, to new designers and new small businesses. What a great supporter of this craft you are. Thank you for all you do and share.
2
I love enabling! 😉
Forest Friends is a wonderful chart, the white lacy frame is beautiful. Stitch Maine sounds like a great event and such fun! Your table gifts were perfect. As always, seeing your projects, progress and plans is always inspiring. Have a great 4th of July! 🇺🇸
How wonderful of Erin Elizabeth to allow that design to go to the retreaters first! What a great summer design! I love that Tiny Modernist mystery - the white circular border stitches looks so pretty and lacey! I popped over and subscribed to Stephanie's channel!
Erin was so nice to do that for us, and everyone loved it!
Always enjoy your videos. Sounds like you had fun at Stitch Maine. Gingerbread Row 2 looks interesting. TFS.
You are my favorite flosstuber! I love all the projects you choose to stitch, and your no nonsense attitude and sense of humor cracks me up. Plus, I always learn about new SALs and mystery stitch projects from you. Chart #2 is adorable. Have a great July.... 😊
I don't have time for nonsense over here, I'm too busy stitching! 😂
Love seeing your progress. I'm voting for Jupiter for your stitchalong. Have a great stitchy week
1, 2 - You've got some great stitchy plans for July!
Helen. I always get excited to see you have a new video up. You're my virtual stitching buddy! 2:02 ! Thanks for sharing your talent and fun sense if humor. Happy Stitching!! 1, 2
So glad to be your virtual buddy! 😊

Tuesday Time with Helen D! It's so much fun to see what you're working on! 1, 2
Great video! Beautiful stitching and finishing!
Helen love seeing all the goodies from your retreat, so many lovely designs, Santa is amazing, love the design, he is adorable, congratulations on finishing him, love the patch work bag so pretty, nice progress on your stitching.
I am looking forward to the Pigeon Coop release.
I like them both the lite purple is maybe my first choice. I have been doing Teresa Kogut Patreon only, I get too overwhelmed otherwise, I watch so many floss-tubes instead, congratulations to the winners, Carla is having great sales, have a great Fourth Of July, love the patriotic display behind you.
I always love seeing your finishes and I love the purple fabric for Satsuma Streets secret stitch! 1 2
You are such an enabler!! You stitch the cutest things. I’m excited to see your progress on the Halloween SALs! 2
Beautiful stitching. Love your Tuesday updates. 1 and 2
Always enjoy your videos. Happy Stitching!
Love the bobbin idea! I haven't seen those before and since I am a quilter too, I have bobbins I can use to make some. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Helen, I love that "Toil & Trouble" from the Just Stitching Magazine. I have a library card and use the Libby website which is connected to my local library. I have several subscriptions to cross-stitching magazines including that one. I copy and paste the picture and pattern using "snip it" and Word. I am then able to save it to my files and print it in color to stitch. It's a great savings and I only print what I want to stitch. Please share if you like it. Take care, have a great day.
Floss and fabric arrived today for Old Skully. I can't wait to start him.
Helen, you are one of my favorites! I love all your stitching ! Thanks for making these videos for our enjoyment. I want to know how do you get your "white" stitches to look so nice?? I've tried everything... certain color fabric, railroading, etc. Your white stitches always look so nice. If
you have any secrets, please spill them here. LOL #1
I'm never pleased with my white stitches either! I don't know why that particular floss just stitches up differently. I take them extra slow and make sure to drop my needle to untwist the floss often.
Love your Santa finish. Awesome video
1 , 2 , thanks. The strawberry chart is adorable.
Enjoy your Halloween in July Stitching. Halloween is my favorite holiday, so I approve. 😂
Thank you, as always, for a great video! I’ve been trying to stitch a holiday item per month. So far, good-I’m only a month behind! Love 2 Gingerbread Row!
I am a sucker for Christmas so I love both #1 and #2 ❤
Love love “Hello Summer”. I stitched Hello Spring as well, my first Erin Elizabeth - now have 3 finishes and starting 2 more!!!!
I just love her designs!
I would go with the Bluey Grey fabric. 1 ,2 .
Loved watching you again. The Maine retreat must have been fun.with all those cute presents. Nimber 2 a very cute pattern. Over here it is a cool and wet summer this year. Good for stitching though 😂

Ornaments are a great idea!
Thank you for sharing your pretties and your incredible Flosstube! I always look forward to seeing you and hearing what you been up to. Forest Friends is gorgeous. 1 or 2 ♥️
Ps. I like Bluey.
It is always a good time when on your you tube.
Roof to cocoa house
Gingerbread house
Like the light purple/blue fabric over the gray. Don't think it hides the purple threads but enhances them. FIW Happy weekend!
So many pretty stitches & plans. Enjoy your Halloween stitching! 1 & 2
Hi Helen. Your retreat sounds like so much fun. 2
Enjoyed your Flosstube. Great idea to get a new release to put in retreat bags. I have never gone to a retreat. Always enjoy hearing about them all. I just headed over to The New England Stitcher and subscribed. Started watching.
Thank you!
That patchwork Wippah Keepah is gorgeous!!😮. I touched the juniper fabric too😂
It's such a pretty color!
I pre-ordered Cross-Stitch in the Forest book too. Looking forward to getting it. You are the one that made me do it too...LOL This will be my first book from Max. Looks like I need to get that Winter Sampler of Robin Pickens also. There you go enabling me again. Hugs to Emmy and Pepper. See you in a couple weeks. 😻😻
Keepupable is now a new metric in my stitch along decision making! Always joy your videos. 😁. 🪡🧵☮️🌻
It's a very important metric! 😂
1,2, gingerbread row would make a cute drum !
Yes it would!
Love your Floss tubes. 1,2 I love Stephanie too. July with surgery on shoulder yesterday means some stitching as possible. You rock
I hope you have a speedy recovery!
Always get so excited when I see you have a new video! 1 2
Wow!! I love that Erin Elizabeth summer chart! I have the spring one saved up but I didn't stitch it. Might have to do those next year. Loved seeing everything from the retreat. It's always so inspiring and sweet to see what others make.
I hope she comes out with the other seasons. I love a series! 😂
@@helend.flosstube Yes!! Me too!
Your Santa is stunning! I have that same fabric.
I love a WIP parade! 1,2
I love to see the creative table gifts so much! I made your beading kit for myself. Happy Fourth Helen!
I get a lot of use out of my tin!
So good to see you again! Gorgeous stitching as always. I picked a very similar wippahkeepa out at the retreat- love it. Gingerbread is a favorite 2
She had so many good choices!
My daughter was watching with me, and heard you were stitching halloween instead of Christmas. She commented that its better to stitch halloween because it's "Summerween" (from the the Disney show "Gravity Falls") 😊. Love all of your stitching! I've been in kind of a slump for a little bit and seeing all the cute things makes me want to stitch. I really like 2, I can never get enough Christmas stitching.
We might have to watch that show, I've heard a lot of people mention it!
#2 gingerbread stitching is so cute. Thanks for sharing your stitching.
Yes, we like to collect things. Hope you have a great 4th of July time.
I sounds like you had a great time at Stitch Maine! 1
As always I so enjoy your videos…one day I hope to meet you…thank you for being you 1,2
That would be wonderful!
I love the Forest Friends piece! I’ll definitely have to get that. Love the finish on the Santa piece, another one I want to do. Have a Happy 4th of July and Happy Stitching! 1, 2
Such a fun-filled video!! I notice that I love your stitch projects, and today I realized that you have so many bright, “happy” colors!!!!! I love to watch wip parades too - did u notice Jessie Marie has a FOUR hour one!!!! I know I will be watching that in many parts!!!! Fun hearing about the retreat too - thank you!! Oh, and 1 & 2 !!!! ☺️💖. Enjoy the month of July and we will see ya when we see ya! (With your “wippa-keepa”!) (I lived in CT and RI most of my life😉😎)
I do love bright colors! Yes, I saw her wip parade pop up! That will definitely take several viewings!
Hi Helen I loved seeing your WIP's and finishes you always do such beautiful stitching. I have started to work on my Christmas in July with Dena half cross stitch and having fun. I will probably work on each project 3 or 4 days at a time. I will send you some of the pictures in progress in a little while. In the meantime Happy Stitching and be safe and kind. God bless
Pat
You know I love seeing your progress!
The retreat sounded like lots of fun. 2
1 or 2 would be great. Great video as usual.
And so it begins! I just started my first ever SAL, a mystery one no less, yesterday with FQS…and now I’m signed up for the Satsuma Street Halloween SAL after watching your FT! I LOVE her designs and she is also an Oregonian, how could I not?! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and inspiring me; you are one of my absolute favorites💖✨ 1,2
I'm a sucker for a sal too, especially one that's bright and colorful!
Love your video! Can’t wait to see the satsuma monster house. Number 1
I literally paused to go and look up the back cover of Max's book. 😍 I'm so thrilled to discover my local library has it coming in so I'll be able to check it out.
Number 2. Looks good enough to eat.
And yes it's cold here where I am in NZ. Not snow cold but still cold.
That's awesome that your library has it coming!!
I always enjoy your videos and I look forward to them. I have to be honest but there is one major problem with your videos... I wish you could post them everyday! Your voice is so calming and I love the way you share your projects... You are definitely an enabler! 😊 Your stitching and finishing ideas and techniques are all exquisite. Thank you for all of the time you devote to your videos... It is greatly appreciated. Have lots of fun stitching! Hugs 1, 2 ❤
You might get bored of me every day, I wouldn't have anything to talk about! 😂
@@helend.flosstube Watching you stitch would be fine with me!! Have a safe and happy 4th of July Helen. You're the best! ❤🤗
I was going to watch a tutorial on Pillow Finishing but stopped by for a fun video! Thanks! I think I would like to stitch just one gingerbread house, they are all cute! 2
I agree, they're all adorable!
2 I will check out The New England Stitcher. Happy Stitching
Glad I caught you this afternoon! I've never done a SAL, but that new Halloween is adorable. 1, 2.
I'm a sucker for a sal!
Great Patreon tip - thanks. 1,2.
You've been busy! 1, 2 . Love your stitches! I may have to buy the Pigeon Coop book.
I'm planning on doing a flip through when it comes out. I can't wait!
Love your floss tubes!

Always love seeing your videos, Helen! Such aggressive plans for July. I love it! I subscribed to New England stitcher! 1, 2 ❤️💕🌷🌸
Thank you so much!
So enjoy your enabling . Plans for Halloween July is appropriate considering all that Re doing Christmas. Enjoy the stitch. Much hugs. 2.
Always delightful
Love it all Helen as always! I’ve been searching for the bat frame from Joanne’s and if I find it guess what I’m stitching in July… Halloween too! I love it so much and I normally stitch on something spooky a couple times a month❤ blessings
I believe they're shipping the vat mirror this year too. They have them in my store. www.joann.com/20in-halloween-flying-bats-metal-mirror-by-place-time/19968072.html
Helen, i just loved how the fox came out on your Forest Friends peice! I like both 1 and 2.
Hi Helen! Love the Halloween stitching in July. I stitch Halloween year round also 🎃 2
I am looking forward to getting my Pigeon Coop book, too! I like the one in the middle of the back as well. 1
Those colors! ❤
1. 2. Sounds like you had a great Maine retreat. Hope you have a great holiday weekend. Changing plans is always within your rights so do it and enjoy your plans. I personally am switching to knitting plans for the month with a little stitching thrown in. I really hope I win one of those charts - I have no Christmas stitches to go back to and finish. 🎄
It's hard to find time for all of our hobbies! 😂
Hi Helen! I loved the freebie you shared and went and found it. I shared the website in my comment but its gone so not sure where my comment went. (The flag freebie, so cute!) No tornadoes today as I am watching lol. 😂 Love your WIPS esp the 324 and outdoor scene! I went to sign up for Library stitchers, I made it in not enough time lol, but on the waitlist. Thank you for another great flosstube as always! 😊😊😊
Yeah for no tornado warnings! I'm glad you're on the wait-list. They actually pull quite a few people off the list last year, so my fingers are crossed!
Hi so after seeing 324 on two of your videos, I just ordered the pattern and 18 count Aida to do it!! Thanks for enabling me. 😊😊
It's a lot of work, but it really doesn't feel overwhelming. Just find a system that works for you!
Hi Helen, happy early Independence Day to you. We had a very quiet Canada Day. Back from a 6 day vacation in Toronto, I got to go to my first brick and mortar in 18 years. Really nice goodies from the retreat, I bought Hello Summer today to stitch for a swap I'm doing, but I can't wait to stitch it again for myself. Great progress on your WIPs. For the SAL I like the blue/grey fabric. 2
I hope you had a great time on your trip, but I bet you're glad to be back home. 😊
#1 is cute, but #2 made me gasp. Another set of houses to go on my wish list. And I appreciate that you often use Aida and DMC. As a stitcher who is re-embracing the craft after several years away, I’m dabbling in smaller linen pieces. However, Aida and DMC have been the most accessible for my budget and the most familiar. Btw, I vote the blue-gray fabric. 😊
There are so many beautiful fabrics to choose from! I love the ease of Aida, and my eyes definitely appreciate it! 😂
@@helend.flosstube Yes, some of the linen squares are very teeny, tiny. 😬 I’ve been exploring 123Stitch, the FatQuarterShop, as well as the fabrics and threads mentioned on various floss tubes.
1,2 I am doing Halloween in July too! I have so many things I want to get done.
Always like seeing you've got a new video up! Thanks for sharing your stitching with us. 2
Hi Helen, enjoy your vacation and be safe...2
Love all your wips!!!! I have fomo over that forest friends sal, but ur right I have plenty to get me thru til it releases next year, plus I'm sure I'll find many more to add to my stash.... I love the blue gray fabric u showed first for that Halloween house sal, I think the colors play off that 1 the best!
Happy stitching! 🐈⬛🪡❤️
It's going to be hard to pick a fabric!
I got in at Library Stitchers
.can't wait to meet everyone.
1, 2
Yeah! That's so exciting!!
Hi Helen, I always enjoy your videos 🎉 1 & 2 thank you for the opportunity 😊
I love watching WIP parades too!! Awesome table gifts!! Love Hello Summer!!! Santa Claus is Coming to Town is so pretty, think it would make an adorable pillow.
I like the blue over the juniper, but blue is my favorite color. 2. Happy 4th of July!!
It's going to be hard to make a final choice on the fabric!
