Hello 303 Electronics, thank you for your videos. Your first TS6420 video helped me to decide what to buy. Now I have a minor concern. I connected my new TS6420a (Currently $69.99 at BestBuy) to my computer using WiFi before i watched this second video. By doing so, all three of my computers are connected to the printer (that was my goal). What I did different, though, was I used the "Easy Connect" option. Is that safe, or should I disconnect and do the manual setup? I'd greatly appreciate your advice and again, thank you. PS: I did download the app to my Android, but I did that last.

@@303electronics Hey can you tell me does this printer have a buzzing sound when scanning? Was hoping this was normal behavior. Mine buzzes for a bit, stops, and then starts again before the end scan. I only ask because not sure my old one did this, and the box was damaged on receipt. Thanks.

Good afternoon, I just had a question. I've just gotten this particular printer and the font is magnified. I'm trying to figure out how to minimize it. I'm not finding a menu for the font...... Do you have any ideas?

Does it scan to SD card or to a network location?
Will this thing print 8x10 photos?
I have set this printer up three times now to a pc running windows 10. It works fine with my iPhone “without” any SW. BUT the Pc. No way. Just doesn’t want to know. It is hooked up and can see it. But just constantly tells me it’s not connected.
I just bought a Canon TS7451 Pixma. I tried to download the app on App store. I have an iPhone 6 plus, my wife a 6. Neither can download the Selphy app as it requires iOs 13.0 or higher. I guess I should have stuck with Epson which works fine with my WF printer...
I'm sorry about that. I am not sure if there is a way to go around that and cannot offer help or tip in that case.

Just got a brand new one, and the paper keeps on jamming from the cassett area 🤕
That's not good. Try adjusting the paper width guides so they are not too tight.
Do you get the grid lines on color picture prints?
I’ve downloaded the Canon app on my iPhone & iPad & selected the TS6420 from the list. The printer is in wireless connection mode. But neither my iPhone or iPad show the TS 6420 as an “other device” in Bluetooth. Bluetooth won’t acknowledge that the printer exists. Do I have a bad TS6420?

Just search web for "canon ts6420 driver" on the PC and it should direct you to canon website and detect your PC operating system automatically and suggest a free software download. Please let me know hot that goes. Be careful to only download from Canon, not any other driver site.
Which do u prefer this printer or tr7020? N m i able to connect using my hotspot from phone
They are very much the same, other than the TS6420 doesn't have the feeder on the top. As far as Hotspot from phone, I'm not sure. I assume it should work, but cannot be certain as I connect both my phone and printer to my router. I will test that and let you know, unless you find out sooner and let us all know if that works. 👍

Yes. You can connect using USB cord.
What's the MAIN difference between that one to the Canon PIXMA MG3620
Tray capacity is bigger on TS6420, Has two trays vs one, screen and control panel has more functions.
Is it good for an online Business?
It depends what business. If you need to print under 300 pages per month, this is good option.

How can I print pictures on normal paper??
I am able to connect with my iPhone to the printer. Also, I performed the connection with the printer to the router but when I try to access the printer with my laptop I still cannot detect it. I made sure that my laptop and Wi-Fi are both on the same network and not the 5G one. Did the software install from the Cannon site. Printer states "easy connect" completed but my laptop states "connection failed. "Not sure what to try next.

What is the difference between this one and the TS8350?
TS8320 uses 5 or ink cartridges, this one uses 2 ink cartridge system.
I have had a Ts3522 and I don’t kno how to change the settings to labels?! Help plz!!
Hi. There isn't a labels setting on the printer, you need to check the template setting on the label packaging. For example, if it is a shipping label, you can print in on regular paper, letter size, and just attach the label with clear scotch tape, if you are doing address labels, there should be the template number on the packaging.
@@303electronics well it’s from Avery and I have the paper/ labels but in the directions it says change printer settings to labels. And when I tried to print them they didn’t turn out right.
@@brownskinb5084 , I recommend using avery website for printing labels, you will always get it right. Make sure when you select paper size when printing, it is the following: letter or 8.5x11 size(unless noted otherwise on packaging), then make sure the margins are correct and do not select "fit to width" or any such setting, reduce/enlarge should be set only at 100%, not more or less.

Make sure you download and install app on the device in your garage and add this printer to the app. There is a range between a printer and device, but that range should cover most homes, some palaces too. 😄. What do you do if the iPad can’t find the printer & you forgot the WiFi Password?
Just FYI if you have a 5ghz Wifi Router, it wont connect. Only 2.4, unfortunately.

Hi. The paper goes on the bottom tray. It is a drawer Cassette at the very bottom front of printer. Pulls out like a drawer. Regular sized paper is usually loaded there. Depending on your printer tray settings. Special paper sizes like photo paper will usually be loaded in the back top tray. Let me know if that was helpful.
So i need help ive been tring to connect my phone to my printer and ive been doing everything it told me. Even manually put the wifi on the printer and it still says it has trouble connecting. What should i do.

Yes, the password to your internet router. Just the same as you would do to connect your phone or computer to the internet.
I was having problems connecting my printer to the internet, I actually purchased 2 printers. I scanned the code and it said follow the directions, but there was no real directions. I found your video and it was great!!! Super easy so anyone including my computer illiterate brain could follow along with you!!! Thank you so much you are amazing!!!! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you, thank you for making it easy to understand especially when I was already upset that I couldn’t figure it out. If you only knew how much this means to me.

Hi. For that you need special ink cartridges which have edible ink. If someone sells cartridges with edible ink fir this printer, then I do not see why not. Thanks.

Canon printer are starting to suck and its falling apart and don't want to connect anymore
For each brand it is a hit and miss with new printer models. If buying Canon, I'd go with MegaTank series. Very cheap ink and printers have a very good control panel and screen.

Useless video for me. No other methods or options or anything. What is the Bluetooth won't pair? What if I'm hotspotting from my phone? Printer not connected to a router?
