I share your love of thrifting. I lived in Houston until 2001 & Saturdays I left my house at 9am & thrifted until about 5pm...not eating. There were So many thrift stores then, I'm sure more now. The thrill of the hunt was my driving force. Everything in my house, except larger electronics, are thrifted. I refuse to pay the extreme mark ups the stores use.

The large teapot was used as a 'humidifier'. It was placed on a wood stove or oil heaters. The heated water was used to wash dishes and small clothing items. :)

My Goodwill is awesome. I go once a week because if I don't I feel I may miss a great deal. The Bogg Bag could have been an original, since it had the 'b's by the handles. Love the Halloween stuff you found; my favorite was that stack of pumpkins at the start of the video. I would have been all over that orange bubble candle I saw on the shelf behind you, I love those! By the way, you can never have too many baskets!

I love the Costa Mesa store! I usually always visit the Costa Mesa store right when it opens because their parking is so small lol there have been times I have had to park in the neighborhood and walk there. It's a great store with lots of treasures.

That Easter bowl was super cute but not for 8.99
It was so pricey! Especially since I know it must have been cheaper clearance at Target once Easter went marked down.

Hey Daniel!! Yes, around me, there r no real thifting stores! The closest r in SA n I don't go cuz my son took me to a couple and found them disappointing n so dirty! They r overloaded by customers that don't let u enjoy the experience of shopping or looking.
