    Black lemon 1/2
    Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
    Oil 1/2 cup
    Onion 3
    Curd 100 gm
    Dry fruits 100 gm
    kaju badam kishmish
    For Mandi Rice
    Basmati rice 1 kg
    Oil 1/2 cup
    Onion 1
    Olive oil 1 tbs
    Green chillies chopped 1 tsp
    Garlic &, ginger chopped 2 tsp
    Eilachi 2
    Cloves 2
    Cinnamon stick 1 inch
    Mandi Masala Powder 1 tbs
    Black lemon 1/2
    Chicken stock cubes 2
    Salt to taste
    Orange food colour 3 pinch
