Hi there! I am posting a video in which I'll be explaining the topic of how to increase the YBR 125 pick and top speed, with simple and basic tools, it'll also increase the fuel average of the motorcycle.

ybr g model 2021.. driven 3600km... done every thing you have mention ..pick is improved but speed needle got stuck on 90 everytime... before on stock setting atleast it was touching 100 n petrol average was around 42kmph...kindly guide what should i do now

Shahab bhai i have YBR 125G 2022 and it’s been amazing my only concern is my bike easily goes to 100 according to it’s speedometer on 4th gear but before reaching 100 it kind of feels like bike is asking to let it go and something is holding it around 8.5k RPM
And then in 5th gear it merely goes to 110 and if the road is clear it goes upto 115
What can be the possible reason and solution of this top end speed lag while it touches 100 on 4th gear with the potential to even touch 105 or more on 4th
There is no modification, fully stock bike
I just use mixup of Hi Octane and normal

I have a 2019 ybr,I did the did lift the middle jet to the second last position and also removed the air duct, now the bike is missing at top speeds and jekrs a little at top end and barely goes to 85+ in 4th gear

Assalamualaikum brother. I have a 2019 YbrG. Ny bike was first misfiring all over the place, now its stopped doing that but the speed does not go above 100. It used to go to 110 easily before and even 120 on down slope.

wasalaam, change your plugs and set gap at 0.7mm, change your air filter, keep your tyre pressures 30,35 and make sure tappets are set according to the specs.

can we replace the sprocket only? I removed the air duct and observed a considerable change in pick and missing was almost gone also got more roar/sound from the bike. Let me know if it's ok to replace the front sprocket or both without any carb tuning. Thanks.
He just changed the front sprocket
no bro if carb tuning is not done there is no benefit of sprocket change

I have a late 2020 model YBR125G. With only 2800 km, the issue is, can I open the carburetor for this mod? Because the previous time I went for tuning, the mechanic didn't even touch the carburetor, and when I asked him about it, he replied not to open the carburetor till 6000km. Now that I've seen your video, I'd want to do this mod to my bike, but I'd like to confirm with you whether it's okay for me to do so.

shahab , i have a 2022 yamaha ybr 125 esd in black color and when i took it for engine tuning ( 3rd) time when it was done the mechanic took a ride with me and did 110 kmph with me on back and road was curvy too , the point of it this that if i do everything like u r doing will i be able to cross the speed of 140 ?

I have yamaha ybz dx 2021 but it's top speed is just 80kmh 😭
I have it checked with multiple mechanics, but no improvement.

Is it compulsory to remove air duct . I have changed the spark plug yesterday .
And 3rd gear main mehsos hota jaisay bike beth rahi ha but rpm 10k cross karti and 1st ,2nd ,4th gear main and 5th main bhi nahi bethti .
And isse fuel average ka koi issue hoga ?

Salam bhai mane ybr g ka carburator khol k saaf kiya ha jis ke wja sa ab bike start krta hn to wo race ni la rha missing krta ha is ka kya solution ha?
This means ur bike is taking extra fuel or no fuel,
Check if fuel is reaching to the carb,
Make sure ur main jet and pilot jet are tighten
Make sure ur mixture screw is around 2 rounds out
Make sure ur diaphragm slide is moving up n down
Make sure ur needle is in place insude the diaphram slide
Hope it ill help. If not then check ur spark plug and airfilter

oh whats your tappet setting and whats your tyre size, moreover compression reading would be a great help to diagnose

i think 15t sproket would decrease the torque but increase the speed as it is showing in video, my question is u changed the carb pin setting does it effect the fuel average ?
If u change the sprocket then yes u r right but if carb tuned then it’ll bring more torque that can be used to get speed and torque both

Shahab Bahi I had changed the jet to 118 , changed the chain sprocket with 15 teeth and needle adjusted to 2nd last position but the problem I am facing now is in the 5th gear minor change in speed and RPM is not crossing 7.5 So should i change the Jet to 120 or what
your advice would be appreciated.
before with the 122 jet it was hitting 8Rpm and 95 top speed with Gps

1.remove air duct.
2.repalece carb jet 116 with 119
3.remove air filter foam
4.diafrom needle lock one step down.
4.replace sporket with cg 125(15teeth)
But phir b not responding.

no its not normal, either its a bad engine valve or its a lean mixture, rich mixture wont pop flames
