Media: Keeps asking about refereeing and VAR. Also Media: Do you think your focusing too much on refereeing...
To all the fans who criticise Nuno's 'lack of interest' watch this!! Also, this is a man communicating in a foreign language in a way that puts many native English speakers to shame!
Doesn't really matter how he speaks...his job is to get results on the pitch, to make the correct decisions and to motivate the players to show some fight and desire.
Cooper got sacked for similar results and I felt he cared more about the club than this guy.
@@TheEnigma2024 The wages these players are on, is motivation enough.
Cooper was great in the Championship, and did a brilliant job getting us promoted. Cooper was found out in the PL.
We have had so many blatantly wrong decisions go against us this season, it is very obvious to the neutral fans of the country, we can't blame Nuno for that.
@@mrsmith4489 I think we have had this discussion before, you with the idea of corruption. I don't believe it in the slightest, incompetence maybe, but that's right across the prem not just us, time to stop feeling sorry for ourselves.
And Yes Cooper got found out but that still doesn't take away the fact that he cared more for this club than the present guy.
The results speak for themselves and he would be sacked by now at most clubs...if it was earlier in the season he'd be gone by now.
@@TheEnigma2024 Opinions, we all have them. It is great to discuss situations.
I do agree with you, that our club, and fans have been feeling sorry for themselves, It's hard not to with some of the decisions that have gone against us. But, we need to rise above it, and the players need to play their hearts out in the remaining games.
We need our fans to really cheer on our players louder than ever before in the last few games . COYR
@@mrsmith4489 Agree, let the football do the talking 👍
Nuno handled that really well i thought.
Nuno was brilliant in this interview. I really hope a section of our fans would stop having a go at him. We always need to be behind our club. We are not helping our cause with negativity against our club, any part of it. COYR
If the season started this year, we are bottom , he's useless he's the worst manager in the league
@@Phil-jb9hh He did great things at Wolves on a limited budget. To come in mid-season not knowing our players was going to be hard for any manager. Cut the man some slack. We support the club, all of it.
@@Phil-jb9hh any plan to become a supporter of the team youth? FFS
@@Phil-jb9hhDo you think if we had made some magical wonderful appointment after Coops was sacked we'd be smashing our way towards Europe right now? Bollocks! The players are the ones who need to take responsibility for where we are rather than blaming managers constantly. He has the same bunch of money grabbing show ponies Coops had, what did you really expect?
@@mrsmith4489Yes exactly, thank you. Finally someone gets it
I'm not worried about City. They will do what they do. I just want to see a cohesive team effort and our players playing to their potential. Please no more performances like the Everton one, we are better than that. COYR!
Stop challenging Nuno on VAR to try to get him to say something controversial and start challenging the Referees and the Premier league about what they are doing to rectify their terrible record this season.
VAR had the evidence.
If it were a court of law & the evidence was shown, there would have been a different outcome
Nottingham Forest. DO YOU WANT TO RELEGATE? You fought Arsenal last season to survive. Why should City be treated differently? Fight guys. Fight city and survive relegation. Take points from where your fellow guys couldn't take points. That would give you an advantage. Don't roll over for City.
Desperate Arsenal fan hmmm
Thank you Nottingham Forest for putting in a fight 💪. Wish the best for you for the rest of the season.
The media should focus on the match and I hope Tawiyo should be fit for the game.
We've missed Taiwo, but Wood has been great. I'd love to see how the two would combine as a strike force. If we're behind in these last few games, it really might be worth trying out.
Great that the mic situation is sorted out and we can easily hear the journalists' questions. Bring on City. COYR
Let's stop City winning the title! COYR ⚪🔴⭐🏆
dont talk daft
I've had a little bet on Forest beating City. It's what a fan does I guess. Never stops believing.
I predicted on Nottingham Evening Post last season that we would beat Arsenal, and we did.
Our team have a habit of playing better against the big teams. We can only hope it continues this weekend.
Gals... your hopes are so naive. City will brush aside forest.
@@ivanbravo4536 Possibly my friend, but, fans always believe in their club.
@@ivanbravo4536 Every fan of every club always believes in their club. It is who we are as fans.
i have now changed my mind, and would really like the SuperLeague to start up, and take the top 6 and the greed out of the. top flight of England. 95% of fans can see how corrupt the Prem is almost every game. sick of it. other countries already exposed for match fixing. Blatant in the uk
We need to have more digs at goal.
Well managed Nuno- not easy questions
Nuno's doing his best! Yeah, he's made the odd mistake, but listen to and maybe watch ALL the decisions we've had against us. They were out of his hands. It's tough to take so many bad decisions from refs, many of them relate to goal scoring situations, and these situations, as well as goals, change games. Keep positive my fellow REDS! WE WILL BEAT CITY ON SUNDAY!!! Keep the faith!!! COYR!!!
Nuno Espírito Santo is disappointed with how the match against Everton played out but says he doesn't want to use it as an excuse.
FFS give the man a chance ,this is to ask the manager about the coming match and if players are fit and not about things that are out of our control,,our boss should just blank them and go to next one
I completely agree. It is gutter journalism. I remember Sir Alex Ferguson, banning certain journalists from Man Utd when he was manager for their leading questions.
Praying for some kind of miracle, but I doubt it will happen😢. So much going on off the pitch I hope the players are up for it. COYR❤
Super NES 🕹️
Tricky Trees. ✨️✨️☘️
Would love to get a scrappy result. Felt like apart from our first game against them in the PL the other two have felt very winnable against them
We drew 1-1..City should have scored 6.
We lost 2-0..City had 10 men for half the match.
Wish I had you're optimism
Can the media talk about a game not one that have already happened
Let’s not get away from the fact we played awful against Everton
Pre Match Conference- just asks questions about VAR - let's just focus on the up and coming game shall we???
I wonder what they are going to talk about to Nuno? *Im going in guys cover me*
😂
I do feel the introduction of VAR has slowly taken a greater share of the on pitch decisions & the referees position as the lead has gradually weakened. We’ve already got in place 2 assistants running the line who should, (where necessary) in theory be consulted on split decisions. Human nature also plays a part because a referee may allow some 50/50 incidents to pass because he/her is trying to keep the game flowing thinking “ VAR will decide that & inform me “
if Forest win their games against Burnley and Sheffield they are safe. They should reserve their fitness for those games
I wish that the Forest players shared Nuno’s passion. COYR
Yes, perhaps he's hoping this debacle will create a "siege mentality" as nothing else seems to motivate them !!
To Forest fans having a dig at Nuno...how exactly do you think any other manager would have done any differently? He's got the best out of Wood for starters, without that we'd be down by now. Be realistic, look at the job Nuno did at Wolves, it took a good while for him to turn them into a team heading to Europe. Have some patience, he took over a sinking ship half way through the season. Judge him after he's had a full season in charge at least. I believe once (or more like if, with all the Financial Fair Play problems we have at the minute) he's able to work his magic in the Transfer Window he can little by little transform us into a club capable of challenge at the top of the table. But that takes time, patience and most importantly faith from the fans
we have to pray Wolves beat Luton and Man u beat Burnley and pray we can get a point, pack the midfield Nuno
Unfortunately Wolves are in bits and Man United are hopeless. We could be in trouble.
@@29memyselfandi no could about it
I'm guessing that the corrupt ref and the corrupt VAR clowns will be out in force for the Wolves/Luton match, with every single decision going against Wolves, so that Luton win.
The Premier League and the PGMOL have had their noses seriously put out of joint by what's been said (quite rightly) by Forest and Nico Williams etc, and now they will be desperate to get revenge, and to punish Forest in every way possible!
Nuno… just beat Sheffield utd & Burnley & ur safe ! We need 6 points to stay up !
please get the draw.... pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee......ARsenal fan here
I will have a lamb vindaloo, rice, onion bahji and a onion kulcha naan please. I have to swallow something good.
Best of luck Nuno and squad.
We didn't lose at Everton because of VAR. We lost due to negative tactics and being awful
Is someone having a shower next door? 😂
The elephant in the room is Club 115 who will gain every decision to ensure they win.
I have faith we will make this game difficult Liverpool and arsenal both only just won here with the skin of their teeth but Man City are sadly just different gravy forest 1-3 city
Dont see luton getting much out there game made be a win or draw so all we need to do is beat sheffield utd rest dont matter
What has happened to Taiwo! We need him and boly back
both sicknotes!
As soon as the reporter mentioned VAR I stopped watching. Good luck Sunday though.
We trust you nuno you can destroy man city ❤
Surprised no one asked Nuno why Forest played with so little intensity against Everton.
Wait is haaland from injury?
Is that nuno or george Galloway?
bizarre comment, dicky lee
Want city to get beat
unlucky forest
Prediction Premier League Season 2023-2024 : Nottingham Forest 2-1 Manchester City.
Played like it's the final Vs Liverpool didn't we , don't be a sissy Vs City at least win a point
FFP cheating moaning about refs!1. The irony
Is that not City as well?
No more excuses,we just crap ,I embarrassed supporting my team
Forget about decisions we played complete CRAP against everton didn't deserve anything 😮
Personally think we were the better side and they scored from two very good long distance goals that yes could have been shut down sooner but overall just one of those games
@@mustybuscuit8651 so tired of seeing this mindset where people just look at the score and base everything on it, we were Cleary the better side and limited them to hardly anything whilst creating few game winning chances, not eve including the 3 penalties
We weren't great but still had 3 possible pens turned down, a wonder save to deny Wood and a good chance for MGW
Gana Gueye has scored from 2/100 long shots in the prem. Let that sink in…
@@fishyjja Many of us who are, or have been, managers in our respective careers know that you have to treat everybody equally. To see such blatant decisions go against our club this season, that we have all seen, it is not fair.
The three blatant penalties we should have had against Everton has pushed the realities of being the best league in the world. Through their blatant bias decisions, they are going to kill the premiership.
This would have been nipped in the bud under Cooper. Nothing to see here, on to the next game, stay positive and not let it affect the team. Nunos side looks better in attack but can’t keep a clean sheet but aside from that, I don’t like this poor us attitude. Even if it’s justified! I teach my kids to stop complaining and be positive 🤦♂️
I’m with you, really, but the issue isn’t just the game with Everton it’s the other 6,7,8 matches were very very poor decisions have been made and gone against us that have compounded to put us where we are. This should’ve been raised wayyyy earlier in the season.
Sweeping things under the carpet just leads to a lumpy carpet.
@@PandzaManThey raised it quietly plenty of times. Sunday they went public after not being listened to. Right they were.
@@29memyselfandi sweeping things under the carpet that need to be prioritised and dealt with before you can move on yes. I don’t get what the point of letting it get to the players and bitching about it in every press conference achieves?

@@user-ne6zi2qf5e hi,I just can't understand my friend how we conceded 22 goals from set pieces, the diffination of madness is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different outcome, our set pieces I can't believe never sorted and that is santo fault I believe,
@@chillis44Yes I completely agree, obviously the set piece problem is something that needs sorting out urgently. It's like a broken record, happening over and over again and extremely annoying. Coops tried to sort it by bringing a set piece coach in, but I believe that was bodged up. I can't explain why that's still happening but Nuno has inherited the same problems we had from Stevie, so he can't wave a magic wand and fix things instantly. For me our main problem is the lack of impact subs from the bench, and this is what costs us points. If you look at the Wolves match and the choices of players they had to bring off the bench compared to ours it's easy to see why we are where we are. We are very one dimensional, we only have one game plan and when it starts to unravel we are incapable of going to a plan B to switch things back in our favour. Which is why I think it's important to give Nuno the chance to address that in the Transfer Window, and let's all just hope he's able to do that. If we have the same problems next season, whatever division we're in, then yes I'd say it's time for him to go. But he needs more time without a doubt. Look at Brian Clough's first season in charge...we were unspectacular
@@chrisjohnston9639 yes my friend and true forest fan,I believe we should have not got rid of Stevie, I have little faith in santo, although we have apparently set piece coach,he a joke, not funny but alarming,I think sangre, alannah and origi waste of money and upsetting us every match, fearful for today's game, I so nervous
Embarrassing nuno idea.

Boring Nuno
Forget it. Gutless team , gutless performances. Just relegate us now, sack Nuno and get rid of the clowns like MGW, Yates,Turner, Greek GK, Sangare who are liabilities. Piss poor recruitment and the owner's ego screwed us

Apart from MGW, I agree with much of what you've written
What’s wrong with MGW??? And you can accuse Yates of a lot of things but never being gutless.
