Love your videos, you are such an inspiration!! Just a little psa with the liver supplements… I started taking them and they made my hair fall out like crazy!! Like I was losing so much hair every time I brushed it would come out in massive chunks 😅 after some research I realised it was because they are so high in Vitamin A, so just something to be aware of if you randomly start losing hair that may be why 🥲🥲 xxx

Ooo yes i read both packets with my naturopath and just didn’t see much of a difference in ingredients but definitely will try the woman’s formula!! Eee hope it helps with skin 🙏🏽
