- Filtered and enhanced from VHS tape. I lost track of the date, but this was during Rhonda's all-too-brief foray into Country Music in the early-to-mid 1990's. She sounded so good, I will never understand why Country did not embrace her, but it was a huge event for Bluegrass when she returned to it.
I wish she and Gene would do more music together. They are an awesome duo!
Country should’ve embraced her, melodic voice, great diction, perfect harmony and nice relaxing country beat. And she can still sing even better tham anyone of her experience.
That hair and her eyes just a great combination! Love it. Oh and did I mention that she can really sing!

Ahhh...my Missouri baby ! I caught Rhonda performing on Music City Tonight, way back in the early 90's, and I haven't looked back since. The CD that has these songs on it, "Trouble Free", is my favourite. In my personal opinion, Rhonda has held herself back in the business, by doing too much bluegrass, which of course she is dynamite at, but I think traditional "old country" is her forte. keep singing Rhonda in that beautiful warbling soprano voice of yours !
So thankful for her beautiful voice.

Johnny Beretta: You are not alone. Take a look at this clip from a concert I recorded. There was a stage light that obliterated her gorgeous pale blue dress, but you can see the blue in the closeup portions. Ironically, the "closeup portions" were taped by the Nikon camera you see used here as my CZcams icon. It was on a tripod about a football field away, behind the spectators. @paocho3 Good for you! I am envious of you. If you have not met her, please do. She is so charming and attentive when you are talking to her. The last time I was with her I told her that I always have a million things to say to her, but when she is standing in front of me I forget everything I wanted to say. Tell her "Sidney said Hi".

Ritchie Green: This is probably not the first time I have written this here, but Rhonda is 56 years old, and at that age hair naturally turns gray. Women have 3 choices: let it turn gray, dye it the natural color it was, or dye it blonde. Read my comments everywhere and you will see that I preferred her original color, but I understand that for some reason unknown to men, women freely accept other women dying their hair blonde, but mercilessly scorn women who dye their hair its natural, original color. We have no choice but to say, "Looks great Honey, I love it."
