HA! OMG, that's my photoshopped figure mock-up pic in the thumbnail! I'm starring in an XManny video! I was thinking 6" when I made this though. I used the Model 09 Iron Man and a Haslab Prime head and then photoshopped it. Because I knew as soon as I saw the boots on that Model 09 it reminded me of the arcade versions. I threw in the arm cannon from X-Cutioner because it seems like they might have been hinting at this anyway. But boo, I didn't realize someone posted it to Reddit. I don't even have a Reddit account. I guess I gotta start watermarking 🤣

I really love that we’re getting these 90’s vibes with marvel legends I believe most of this is thanks to X-Men 97 coming out. I wasn’t born in the 90’s but I love stuff like MVC and the old animated shows (thanks to my dad) and it’s an era of marvel that I love so much.
Oh man that would be so sweet. But who knows? We got a MvC2 Cable and a beefier Sabertooth and to me that VHS Cyclops looks straight out of X-Men VS Street Fighter
You know what would have been cool ... since it's an army builder the Rocks being able to Snap together some how so the more you buy, the bigger a rocky diorama you can make

So if we go by the in-game models, these'd be around 9-10 inches tall. That's a decent size, and they could be deluxes like the new Hulkbuster. But a 60-70 dollar army builder is still a though pill to swallow for most, and most will want at least five to ten of these, I'd wager.
Sentinel army builder is gonna be pricy no matter what unfortunately. But a 60 dollar would be a nice middle ground so it's still sizable but relatively affordable. Hell they could even give us an MVC deco. It'd be the perfect size for it.
Do not stop there Legends team. We need a new classic Cyclops ,brown suit Wolverine , classic Storm, Colossus and Kitty . Would love a new White Queen and Juggernaut and tubby Toad too.
Only way I see it being a 2-pack would be if they are smaller than 12 inches. Like 9 inch BAF size. It would suck if it’s 6 inch only being an Iron Man model 9 repaint.
I would prefer them to be more on the 6 inches sizes like in the picture but have a affordable sentinel wouldn't be yoo bad. Honestly I just want sentinels after X-Men 97. For yhe review i suggest do the mark 1 and mark 9 together as they're mostly reused while Mark 20 is a newer sculpt altogether

In addition to those options at 7:21, when Ross & Burlington had dozens of those imaginex 2packs of Buzz & Zerg ($2.99 at Ross, $3.99 at Burlington) I picked up about half a dozen, with intentions to head swap for some arcade sentinels. That BL line showed a lot of options that could be done, for a particular pricepoint. I've seen so many customize those offerings for gi joe classified vehicles, classified villains, and yes, sentinels too. They had probably 4 or 5 different purple zerg, so why should hasbro not do multiple sizes for sentinels? $50-$70 for a single sentinel is too steep to heavily troopbuild. I could see a 3-pack, with different variant options... maybe 2 classic colored (one being damaged) and one the healing item sentinel color.
I’m not sure you mentioned it but the omega red tentacles fit in perfectly to iron man repulsor hands,, it’s too perfect of an opportunity to not take advantage of

Hopefully if this happens they aren't stupid expensive (like super adaptoid). I'd probably still buy one because I really want a Sentinel, but I wouldn't be too happy about it. I found the days of future past 2-pack in a store not too long ago for a decent price, but I passed on it because I was holding out hope for a new one.
Personally, I would love 6" sentinels, and I feel like they could easily do this by using the Iron Man neo classic armor that just came out and they could even use the Haslab prime sentinel male head. Which, that's exactly what the kitbash mockup is using, actually. Would I take a 12" sentinel? Yeah, I guess so, but I'd much rather build 6" sentinels at $25 a pop and get more of them then what I would be able to get at $70 12" sentinels. I need a lot of minions for my xmen to fight alongside with my Haslab. The other thing with a 6" sentinel too is that it still leaves the door open for a larger sentinel deluxe, like the MvC2 style sentinel. So we could get a wide variety of shapes and sizes then between 6", MvC2, Nimrod, and Haslab. Whatever the case, I think you're spot in with the rock
I understand your reasoning. I just think Sentinels wouldn’t even look right at 6 inch. Like it wouldn’t even feel like a Sentinel to me at that point as they were never that small. Then again, if it’s an arcade homage I guess it’s fair game at that point.

Sentinels are good fit with 85 th series with our ML. And with xmen97 series at the end, this is a logical figure to have. And that rock is a good give away. Let’s see…
You should compare with Black Widow to check if your Sharon figures have a backward mid-torso. Because I've noticed in most reviews that the figure has an incorrectly assembled mid-torso.
This all makes so much sense, other than actually including that rock piece with the figure. Seems like a needlessly expensive accessory for what is already going to be an expensive figure.
I was going to turn the new Iron Man mk 9 into Mega Man, but if they release Sentinel in the thumbnail with the blaster, it would be easier to turn it into Mega Man.

I'd be okay with 9-10" size for this. Sentinels can be any height really. When the Haslab was announced I thought a smaller less detailed version would be great. Give it a few different hand options: fists, relaxed, open palm/grabby. Maybe a battle damaged head too. 👍
A 6-inch figure is meant to be a 6 foot scale, so a 10 foot sentinel would be 10 inches. Hopefully, if this is the tenth figure, they pose well and are affordable for army building.
We badly need true classic looking Sentinel that is well articulated, it’s shocking that only two classic sentinels we got are all for child play. I’m okay with it being the same size as old 16 inch Marvel Universe one, they just have to sculpt him well with big oversized head and also hands not only for aesthetics but also in order to grab other figures.
I think Hasbro should re-issue the HasLab Sentinel with proper joints. It does not have to come with all the heads just the electronics, tentacles and the battle damaged stuff.

All my life, I always wanted to own at least one Sentinel figure in my life, but could never get one. And they would always be so expensive. Then when the Haslab version came out, I simply didn’t get it because it was too big for my taste. So I passed on it. And I am definitely passing on the Sentinels that only have the limited articulation. It would be so awesome to have a Sentinel in my collection that’s both a manageable size and doesn’t cost much. What would be even more awesome if we got retail release Orime Sentinels.

That would give them the chance to make more in multiple colors I may get even more. Go for one review each. Film them all at once and time release them so you can take a break.
No joke I called for this on reddit recently. I had two ideas, one was an all out, just under Haslab type of release at around 16" and $100-150. Definitely not an army builder, but if you go big enough to be over $100, might as well go all out. The other idea was an X-Men '97 style Sentinel at BAF height (10"). The reason being is the design is simple enough to keep costs down, and at that height you'll be around $50, so much easier to army build. It seems like this arcade game version is also relatively simple, so I think BAF height (think MCU Giant Man) would be best.
I'm actually about to start 3d printing at least three sentinels that's the magic number you need to display attacking your displayed action figures but I have to have size accuracy to display it's a OCD habit.
That X-Men 97 Titan Sentinel figures is my go to Sentinel now, it looks great & is as big as a BAF & cost the same as a regular Marvel Legends 6" ... articulation means nothing to me.... add a little paint to spruce it up or leave as is ...at that price point you can't go wrong
rektangular mentioned the 10th item is a cabal 4 (or 5, can't remember) pack. I'll go with his "guess", honestly 😅. But the rock being for a sentinel, outside the 85th program could definitely be a thing!
Gotcha. Well this was just a prediction on my part just because normally they have a mega item for a super sized deluxe with the examples I provided in the video. Hard for me to see something big like this be outside the program but hey, hard to go against his word as he’s always spot on.
If it turns out to not be a Sentinel, I’ll just stick with the ToyBiz BAF. Best Build-A-Figure of all time in my opinion! Hell, I’ll probably still track it down if it is true! It’s that good!
I really, really want this to be true. I just want some Sentinels which would work with my X-Men figures. I'm not familiar with the arcade game beyond knowing they had it at the bowling alley where my mother and grandparents had their bowling leagues. Not a video game guy, but Sentinels are Sentinels.

Also, the superadaptoid was made using the Captain America 12" body mold, so they might be using some parts from the Iron Man 12" body as well

Gotcha. Well this was just a prediction on my part just because normally they have a mega item for a super sized deluxe with the examples I provided in the video. Hard for me to see something big like this be outside the program but hey, hard to go against his word as he’s always spot on.
If it turns out to not be a Sentinel, I’ll just stick with the ToyBiz BAF. Best Build-A-Figure of all time in my opinion! Hell, I’ll probably still track it down if it is true! It’s that good!
I really, really want this to be true. I just want some Sentinels which would work with my X-Men figures. I'm not familiar with the arcade game beyond knowing they had it at the bowling alley where my mother and grandparents had their bowling leagues. Not a video game guy, but Sentinels are Sentinels.
