- This has been an exciting experience for me. I never had a dryer before let alone a washer dryer. I was excited to get this item. It was easy to set up and downloading the app and set up the wi-fi was also easy. Ever since I only wash through the app as it sends me notification when it is ready and finished the cycle. As mine is in an airing cupboard it is a huge benefit for me. I still need to experiment with the different washing programmes and drying programs as well. The machine is quiet! Which allows me to wash during the night as well. Overall I am very happy with this machine and I love the extra features that I can chose through the app. The only thing this machine doesn't do: actually putting the clothes into the machine :D So if you have a chance go for it!

How do you use the steam wash
Hi!, i bought this machine and arrived yesterday, I still don't know how to use it properly, is there any manual for it?, or could you do a little video with the basic programs for wash and dry?.

Apology for the late reply! The best is to use the app as the standard programs will be easy to use. But do experiment I still haven't used all programs on the app! How do you find this machine anyway?

How satisfied are you with the drying phase? Does it take long? Do clothes get creased a lot? Does it collect lint in the rubber parts or on clothes?
Too many questions 😅 but any feedback is much appreciated.
As there are so many programmes I started to experiment with each. So far the Hygiene washer dryer program dries the clothes for me the best. It is creased but if you can take it out straight after the programmed finished then its not that bad. Otherwise I noticed if I leave it and don't start the programme which rolls the drum until you are ready to take the clothes out then it will be creased a lot. Lint is collected in the rubber and I do clean the rubber with a dry cloth after every or every other wash so mitigate it get into a system. Generally I am still happy with this machine. Hi, Does it have separate programs for only dryer? For example, is you wash by hand and want to use a short program of dryer or if you use the washer but only want to use the dryer after for some clothes… Thnaks!
Yes it does! You can have just washing, just drying or washing and drying.

Hi, how do you clean the machine after drying? Is there any filter?
HI, I personally haven't needed cleaning the filter at all. I was told by a candy engineer that you need to do this around every 3 years. However having said that I do clean the rubber and the window after each drying session with a simple wipe. So the stuck hair and other bits don't go into the machine at the next cleaning. I think this is one wa to extend the lifetime of the machine.

Hello, can someone tell me what the hole in the upper part of the door rubber does, since I see that it is filling with residue from clothes and soap, and I cannot clean it thoroughly. I tried many washing programs to see if water comes out but I can't. Thank you and sorry for my English.
That’s where the machine fills the from with water. I have this machine and I don’t have issue with this rubber. If you see this happening I recommend you to contact Candy!
@@starbucksukcollection1376 Thank you but in an internet forum they told me that the air comes out there when the dryer is used, I say the big hole that is in the upper part of the door, we are talking about the same hole or you are talking about the one below the left.
UPDATE: we recently have new wi-fi and I had to remove the appliance from the app and re add it again in order to set up the nem wifi system. Unfortunately at the moment that is the only solution to change the wifi settings on it.
Ours is locked the padlock sign is continously on any ideas how to release it
To be honest unsure mine switches off after I turned off the machine but I have to wait for a minute. I would call Candy especially if it is under guarantee. Let me know how you get on
@@starbucksukcollection1376 hi yh we switched it off at the mains for 5 minutes and it unlocked the app makes things alot easier the user guide isn't that handy 🤔

I just bought mine today good washing machine very poor dryer what can I be doing wrong my clothes came out very hot but also very wet
I suggest you beware of the weight and composition of the load to be dried. The clothes should all have the same type of thickness in order not to confuse the temperature sensor.

Make sure that you use the required weight. If your machine says 6kg. Then make sure that uts really 6kg..... or less, not above
The weight is important. I also found that in most cases extra hot is the best. For example for towels and bedsheets. Be aware it happened to me and could happen to anyone who is using a dryer that t-shirts etc (depending on the material) can be smaller after the dryer. So always check the clothes label if you can put it in the dryer. I also use the dryer during the winter or wet periods. Summer the clothes go outside to dry.

I still love it. I love the app and now I discovered even more programmes for washing and drying. I am very happy with this machine. And like the technology.

i only use the washer
I use it through the app, which is very handy. You can do only drying or washing and drying. My favourite programme is washing and drying hygiene 60 and extra hot dry. I use this for bedsheets and whites. of course with clothes that I can put it in the dryer. I have this machine for over 2 years and I wouldn't change it. I simply love it.

Aceasta a fost o experiență interesantă pentru mine. Nu am avut niciodată un uscător înainte, darămite o mașină de spălat cu uscător. Am fost încântat să primesc acest articol. A fost ușor să configurați și să descărcați aplicația, iar configurarea conexiunii wi-fi a fost, de asemenea, ușoară. De când mă spăl doar prin aplicație, deoarece îmi trimite o notificare când este gata și a terminat ciclul. Întrucât al meu este într-un dulap aerisit, este un beneficiu imens pentru mine. Mai trebuie să experimentez și cu diferitele programe de spălare și programe de uscare. Aparatul este silențios! Ceea ce îmi permite să mă spăl și pe timpul nopții. În general, sunt foarte mulțumit de această mașină și îmi plac funcțiile suplimentare pe care le pot alege prin intermediul aplicației. Singurul lucru pe care această mașină nu îl face: chiar pune hainele în mașină :D Deci, dacă aveți o șansă, mergeți!
