I use flash instead of leap. It's made by folke, they guy who made lazy, among many other things. I like it better because it allows you to type any number of letter when choosing a label, where leap forces you to always type exactly 2. Sometimes I couldn't stop and typed more than 2 letters then I had to start over. I think it works better with cross-window navigation too and I also like the way it looks more.
I use X, H, J, K, L when playing 80s emulators( MAME, C64, SNES, MegaDrive, or Amiga, ) in vim I mainly use Y, P, C,/pf and ps for telescope, I have to type anything I enter the text editor a k a insert mode.
You should still try to avoid them, and use _ $ b e B etc. and using local/global marks. Because sometimes you forget about some case down the macro execution, where you have an extra symbol, or something, and it is just more robust that way. .... Unless you are solving AOC in vim macros, then sure xD
@@Andrii-zc4dpand searching words with / or just with * or # (# is to reverse search word at cursor) is very useful. I used it today and it was very easy and fast to record a macro. It saved me some time :D

Why is the spacevim status bar used in neovim only half the serial number?
I just installed Hardtime with LazyVim, but the h and j repeated presses are not being detected. (But h and l repeats are being detected)

Which languages do you use? I have contemplated such a video, but only for python and rust. Nodejs doesn't play well with nvim dap in my experience.
