August, on the day you posted that you had prayed for your subscribers, I had returned home after having my first "booster shot" following my first chemo treatment the day before because of my "stage four diagnosis of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma". That very day at the check-in for the shot, the chair slipped out from under me at the cancer clinic and I hit the floor and fractured my femur and hip socket! I was very concerned about what was coming next! Fortunately, my orthopedic surgeon reviewed the x-ray and MRI of the area and determined that I would NOT need surgery and that it would heal on its own in 6-8 weeks! Now, I ask you, is that not an answer to prayer, or what?!?! I love you guys and enjoy so much watching EVERY video that you post! Please, keep them coming...and know that I am praying for you and your crew as well. Love you, my brother!
I am not an aspiring arborist, and have no motive in viewing your channel, except for the joy it brings watching very good folks, being very good storytellers, while being very good at their trade. (The music and messages are the icing on the cake.) Thanks guys.
The shear balls to go up into that trainwreck of a tree is impressive. Sure, you have the tools, the crane and a terrific crew. But still, that cave in that section of the tree made this a real thinker for me, analyzing everything that could go wrong there. Truly a masterpiece of editing and work!
Realising that safety is not always totally up to you is humbling, good to see you are very aware about this. The jobs where you are thinking man this is sketchy sure bring out the prayers! Good onya mate and nice to see someone admit that help is often needed and that it brings a calm peace to a situation that no man could even with the most experience in the world. Love the truthfulness Thank you and God bless
Your videos are an inspiration and nothing less than a tutorial to all would-be tree workers. And I still remember when your (then) 11 year old daughter climbed and topped out a dead tree with you playing the role of the grunt on the ground moving the removals around. Cordially/Charles "Chuck" Neely, Midland, Texas
Used the crane as safety. Sick. They are super scary without a safety. No rigging allowed. Nice work here. Textbook as always. Great visuals. Btw your videos are entering an artistic class that transcends tree work and are really a beautiful testament to the value of blue collar work and pursuit of excellence. That macarana was great btw Damien.
Enjoyed the video. A rotten tree for sure. Great mix of techniques. Crane as tie-in the only option. Questionable action vs reaction when cutting big tops out with rotten mid-section. Excellent.
Loved the edit! I hope you got a better picture of 4:11 that really shows how high up that decay was, would make an awesome wallpaper with you standing in it^^ Great job as always!
Great old Rotten Trees. The Home from much Birds, Squirrel Polecat and Fitchen and Familie. But a great Danger for People and House Your must the to fell. Good Video. 👌
You are in my prayers daily my friend ❤. Wholly cow, what a huge tear out! Amazing what kept it standing. Each and every one of your videos are grand behind words. This one, with the music is inspiring great reverence! PHENOMINAL 🌲 SPECTCULAR ❤ Tree Life Blessed by your wisdom, August. God's Grace ♥️
Crazy tree, great job ! No complaints but with no feedback you don't know. I enjoy hearing the talk, saw and banter more than the music. Thanks for the video !
THIS WAS EPIC. Full send on massive limbs is so much fun! That cavity was INSANE! Thanks for another freaking awesome episode August. The music was on point and the camera angles along with drone footage… class act production.
Defeat, your Goliath. 2.0. Holy moly 😂. Nice job. Thanks for sharing. Now August, does every MonkeyBeaver saddle come standard with a set of brass cojones? 😂😂😂
I’m not much of a religious guy. However I wish only the best for your family and your business. You’ve always come across as a genuinely rad human and your company & employees do as well. Best of everything in the universe to you all. ❤
just set back and watch the splash of the tree limbs and tops hitting the water, so satisfing. be careful, stay safe and keep posting great videos. cant wait intil the next one!
Oh my - where did you go? Video was running great & suddenly ended (hope no one got hurt!) That tree had a *hard life* and nice of you to play nice music for the final journey of the tree! The big "blowing in the wind" prior to the big fall. AUGUST, you think of everyone all the time! See you all on the next 'installment' - *BIG THANKS* !
That tree was 4 different shades of “Nope” from where I’m sitting. Guess that’s why you and your team are the highly experienced professionals and I’m a home owner who’s happy to have cut up some firewood without putting the saw chain into the log rest or the dirt. 😂
Always love your editing choices another great vid thanx!!! That was kinda gnarly but as usual you made the proper calls and got er done safely~Y’all Rock Hard!!!
August. You and your crew are way beyond the norm. why? YOU are not AFRAID to lay it all in GODS hand......and say it. Much respect for you and your crew. and by the way, you guys do a great, great job with the accompanying music. loved this one, its cadence to the work was right on que. Jim
Hey August, Wow! that is Extreme! There was a lot of tree still above that massive hollow! Glad you used the crane as a tie in for that, it didn't look like there was much of any other good option.
I found this to be epic! All your videos are great but the last few have raised the bar with the format and editing. Nice work all around, craftsmanship in the tree and on the keyboard.
Sweet brother i bet that was a stinking sob i was in a 100ft white pine the woodpeckers made a drumming log out of i crawled in it draped my rope over a limb and started screaming freaked the groundies out 🤣🤣🤣 great job
Smoke in the air and then add the horrible smell of Cottonwood water coming out, what a day. If not for the crane and all that experience I would have never climbed past that massive rotten spot, that was epic!!!
Curious: do you have some kind of safety on your flipline just incase the tree decides to bail out on you when making a cut or just after that? I mean... you don't want even a part of that tree hangin' on your flipline with you tied to the crane, right? 😮
I hope you frame that picture of you standing in that trunk and put it on your wall. You do good work
I really enjoyed the music. It seems appropriate for the work that you do. Very compelling.

Prayers sent your way sir
Well if "god" was going to miraculously heal your breaks, why didn't s/he just not smash you up in the first place?
Brilliant video once again team. Thank you.
I can hear Damian saying it..."August is such a STUD!" 💪😂
Great job 🐒🦫team. ❤🙏
Absolutely, so are Damien and each of their crew! 🩵✝️

I just gotta say this style of editing you have developed gets me ramped up. Perfectly encapsulates the job and everything that goes into it. 🙏💪

That's the kind of job that makes you go home and hug the wife and kids a little extra. And they'll never know why.
Always bringing the great videos!
God bless you and your team!

Well done lads that’s monumental! I found myself in a trance watching the video with the music 👍🏻👍🏻
Enjoyed the video. A rotten tree for sure. Great mix of techniques. Crane as tie-in the only option. Questionable action vs reaction when cutting big tops out with rotten mid-section. Excellent.

Wonderful tree cutting video ❤ singing "come on love"
Wow
Nice crane tie in.
Great work
In your work, I would think that every job should start and end with prayer. I love your videos, keep them coming.
Great old Rotten Trees. The Home from much Birds, Squirrel Polecat and Fitchen and Familie. But a great Danger for People and House
Your must the to fell. Good Video. 👌
August,
This the first time that I saw the quick cuts fall one after the other, one after the other, the other! Whee. Loved it. Thanks.

Great video. Crazy cottonwoods.. both strong and weak and unpredictable. One consolation is that they chip well.
THIS WAS EPIC. Full send on massive limbs is so much fun! That cavity was INSANE! Thanks for another freaking awesome episode August. The music was on point and the camera angles along with drone footage… class act production.

just set back and watch the splash of the tree limbs and tops hitting the water, so satisfing. be careful, stay safe and keep posting great videos. cant wait intil the next one!
That was one of those dandy "don't do anything to it because it's still standing" ( customer) trees, hope you charged accordingly.
Oh my - where did you go? Video was running great & suddenly ended (hope no one got hurt!) That tree had a *hard life* and nice of you to play nice music for the final journey of the tree! Hey August,
Wow! that is Extreme! There was a lot of tree still above that massive hollow! Glad you used the crane as a tie in for that, it didn't look like there was much of any other good option.
Looks like an "I tied into this?!?" Kinda moment.
I found this to be epic! All your videos are great but the last few have raised the bar with the format and editing. Nice work all around, craftsmanship in the tree and on the keyboard.
Severely extremely compromised 😮 good job getting it down and doing it safely.
Nice job 👏 👍 👌
Sweet brother i bet that was a stinking sob i was in a 100ft white pine the woodpeckers made a drumming log out of i crawled in it draped my rope over a limb and started screaming freaked the groundies out 🤣🤣🤣 great job
YIKES! You boys be careful out there!
Smoke in the air and then add the horrible smell of Cottonwood water coming out, what a day. If not for the crane and all that experience I would have never climbed past that massive rotten spot, that was epic!!!
More good work!

I'm envious of everyone born in the American North West.
Darn...now that was an awesome challenge handled like only a true Monkey Beaver could handle it!

Brave men 👏👏👏👏👏
Brutális 💪
Damn
great editing
Standing in the hollow of the tree!
Fast growing, quick rotting.
Thank you August and crew for the beautiful video. How tall was the tree?
Measured 100' more or less with a drone.
Curious: do you have some kind of safety on your flipline just incase the tree decides to bail out on you when making a cut or just after that? I mean... you don't want even a part of that tree hangin' on your flipline with you tied to the crane, right? 😮
Right
Up for the challenge.
Super danger tree.
august and you do a video on climbing and tips for climbing
That sounds like rivers and robots
Yikes. 👍🙏🏻
