I use both of these companies depending on the destination and requirements of entry. If you are going to be abroad for a long time and/or don't need as much coverage, I would recommend SafetyWing. It's great to see your father enjoying himself there. When my dad, a Vietnam vet, went back years ago I thought he was going to re-start the war. But he had a great time and the people were wonderful to him. Then I went back with him and my mother to reconnect with that side of the family. Word of warning though! Both he and I got the worst sunburn of our lives at a beach resort at Mui Ne. Make sure you and especially your father watch your sun exposure!

There are many vegetarian and vegan restaurants (Nha- Hang- ban'/nau' mon' an Chay), all over Vietnam who can cater to your desires and tastes. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Have fun, take care and be safe.

Vietnam doesn’t have to be industrialized like China. Just keep it clean.
Woa, the first Dua Tac (coconut kumquat vendor) that you visited, was hella famous one of my childhood. If the tour started with such places, I'm 100% sure that the rest of the tour will be legit!

O' so your dad is the tester🤣. Nice of you to travel with your dad. Listen, if you think riding a motorcycle their is hectic then you must visit Nairobi Kenya. I travelled there recently and it was quite an awesome experience....they'll fit you and your dad on 1 motorcycle and they drive...wow it's unexplainable, hectic and nerve racking....nice voice
