Uh oh, god complex boy gets to feel what he put other people through! It’s a perfect ending. He needed his comeuppance for thinking he was god when really he was just as vulnerable as any mortal.
I thought of something the other day. If Mikami was as smart as Light he could have written Light's name in the notebook towards the end of his list and if people started dropping, scratch his name out before the note could kill him. If nobody drops then Light goes on to fight another day
Somehow I thought he became a shinigami too. At some point, a shinigami appears wearing an identical tie to Light and I thought it would make sense that those who use the deathnote won't go anywhere and instead be stuck doing the same job for eternity...
Still my best manga I ever read
I think the thing which makes the change cool is the fact that it gives two different endings with different meanings allowing whoever views the series can choose which ending they see as fitting basically being the judge for Light Yagami, the same way he had judged others, and neither ending is better than the other both are really great.
lol i only read the manga so I got to enjoy the whole experience
Ah this makes me want to reread DN now
Then came death parade
Absolutely the best ending
I was today years old when I learned THERES A FUCKING MANGA?! How did I not know this???
I actually read the manga recently and you can later see tons of Kira’s supporters going somewhere and still worshipping and praying for him. One of them being Misa.
In the 13th volume/how to read it book it states that it wasn't Misa, just meant to be a random girl. Misa is said to die likely to suicide some time after Light's death
@@OMGkawaiiAngel-chan oh my bad. She looked so much like Misa but I did hear about Misa committing suicide. At first I thought it wasn’t real but I can’t believe it’s true.
Finally someone speak about the manga ending
Watching it my third time and finished and i understand why people disliked the middle part after misa came into the picture I kinda agree but still great and i like the near and mello part kinda wish they where the sons of L tho and that last episode man always makes me so sad so powerful it is
Good thing i read the manga. I remember i started with the anime first but honestly i am more of a reader kind so i decided to continue with the manga. And i loved it.
isn't there another ending with him becoming a shinigami?
That's just a theory
In anime it is said that anyone who uses death note he cant go to h3ll or heaven.... The d3ath on stairs signifies that light never made it to heaven(aka the top of the stair case) neither has went to h3ll(bottom of the staircase) also light many times said "this is h3ll" the world was h3ll and he took the stair case to heaven thinking he can escape h3ll but alao heaven is not in his fate this signifies that neither he went to h3ll or heaven
The animes final episode according to Fillerlist is mixed filler/canon so thats why it showed him dying with dignity. Both endings are good though.
Masuda is the goat for blasting that fool
That would have been heartbreaking to watch. Glad they changed it in the anime
i think both endings are super cool tbh
I thought it was about that group of worshipers for Kira
Yeah, what a miss for us, Mr. L simp! Tell us when you are done ridin' L
So the two movie japanese live action follows the same ending as the manga. Thats good to know
Wow the manga ending is so much better
I hoped he would survive but i knew it would never happen.
He gets sent to the Quindecim
High Honor: Anime
Low Honor: Manga
Now I should watch the rest of the anime lol
everytime i heat someone try to justify light's actions I just think about what a pathetic slug he is in those last moments
In both the anime and manga it goes downhill after he kills L
Tnx man
That's what she said
I like the one when he won
I guess you could say there were 2 pages with no light 🤣🤣🤣🤣
They made light slick like that in the anime bruh
That's the ending in the live actions
I wish they went with the manga ending in the anime
