I would also look at any England based insurance companies because there is a lot of links between England and the Middle East. I used to live in Dubai and now I live in Mississauga so I think I can guesstimate where your best bet is going forward in your search.

If you lived in Michigan as I do, you would only have 1 or 2 cars because our insurance costs are so damn high! Stradman pays less for insurance on his Bugatti than a regular person here would pay on a minivan!
If the 720 gtr is back running well and settled any teetering problems that may occur after getting it when running the new motor in, that would be the best come back for that to take it to the Middle East, that’s with it all going well and no issues of course
