No. Only when my children come of age will I let them dress anyway, under 18 is unacceptable. When I was 11 in 2021, I dressed modestly and simply did not flaunt my appearance.
Most of them, yes, as long as they’re worn with leggings because some of them were pretty short. The red dress is a fat no. It is way too revealing to be appropriate for a child. And a phone, sure. But not a smartphone at age 11.
