Justice delayed is justice denied.In the previous law set up delay in justice is a norm than an exception. We have to see how new laws would deliver justice expeditiously

Dear Sirs, it's absolutely necessary & essential to establish who are the street hawkers ❓❓❓ They are not the same who were present about 2 to 3 decades ago. From a National Security viewpoint it's not illegal or un constitutional to establish the true identity & nationality of street hawkers vendors across the entire country Since the last two decades the demographic pattern of street hawkers & vendors has changed due to an unchecked & uncontrolled illegal immigration of☪️s from Bangla🇧🇩deysh & Mayanmaar
New Law is updated and consolidated version of existing laws. Due to enhanced clarity,the lawers need less research. Ambiguity of earlier laws resulted in prolonged legal battle and delayed justice.
Only in India a complete penal code was framed; there was no such thing even in Britain then or perhaps now even. For Indian Penal Code - Bharatiya Nyaya Samhita is not any equivalent meaning word. Earlier they were writing Bharatiya Danda (Punishing or Penal) samhita - which is more correct equivalent. And then making these Hindi names the only accepted names of penal laws reeks of Hindi imperialism and this development is a threat to the unity and integrity of the country. Also more repressive provisions for police custody of accused have been inserted. These Hindi-ized criminal laws have to be thrown out lock, stock and barrel and the previous laws to be restored.
Sir, it is very judicious discourse, no doubt. But what, as a law student and a practioner in person in court, I feel the whole process of law in BNSS, BNS and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam are creating heavy confusion, ambiguity with the sections of Judges, Advocates, law practioners and the law students as a whole. I think there are huge ambiguity in several sections of BNS, BNSS and BSA. Your comment please.
Assessing the impact is too premature to say on implementation of new laws. Intact nothing is new but derived to suit the changed society when compared to 19th century.
