I'm really confused as to whether to post CZcams videos on Facebook because:
1) Doesn't that take engagement away from the CZcams video itself?
2) So many big CZcamsrs who seem to be very adept at social media don't even bother posting it directly on Facebook (they instead just link the video from CZcams).
If anyone can shed some light, I'd be very grateful~!
Hey Kento, There's definitely no downside to uploading the video to Facebook itself rather than just sharing the CZcams url. If you're a big CZcams star then you probably don't need to bother because your core audience has subscribed to your CZcams channel anyway. But if you're a small business and your intention is to have as many of your Facebook followers as possible see your new video in their news feed, then uploading directly to Facebook is your best option.
But what about the if it’s a music video that destroys the quality of your audio ?fb compresses it 😞

Hey Colette - When you upload a CZcams video, what happens to the advertising stuff that appears before the video starts ? Would your method work for something like a Booker T and the MG's video ? Or does it have to be a video of your own ?

You can upload a video to Facebook from URL using this website. transferring-videos.com
The video can be on CZcams or on Vimeo or anywhere. Just paste the link and flow the steps and it will be uploaded automatically to Facebook.

I see that your video was posted in 2015, but here I am two years later trying to upload a video of mine. It's size is 1gb so it will take a while. I am able to select a date/time to post, which I did. For now it's just working on uploading and I don't know how long that will take.
So at this point it doesn't look like I can do anything else but wait. I don't see a way to edit at this stage since it appears to be process. I'm going to walk away from my computer and come back later to see what the status is and let you know. Cheers!

Hello i have an online record shop on Facebook where i have many posts with a description and pictures of each record. I would like to add a video fragment now so customers know what is the condition of the vinyl. How do I add this video to these old posts?

Hi Ron! Premiere Pro is just scary when you first open it up because there is so much functionality. But once you get the hang of it, it's way easier to use than Movie Maker. You will never go back! :)

Can I post someone's CZcams video the sameway? Or is this just for self produced videos?
Can you please advice my video is only 140MB but it took 2 days still not uploaded. I had reduced the size to 28MB but still taking ages to upload already 6 hours. I have seen videos on facebook which run hours and hours and mine is only 6-7 mins video taking so long to upload. I have quite fast internet with upload speed of about 17MBPS. What is wrong I am doing thanks

Hello. Congratulations on your video lessons. On the facebook page I manage "WONDERFUL ASSOCIATION" I recently uploaded an album with several photos + a video. Although he has renamed the video to No. 1 - so to appear and be seen first - facebook put me in the album last (maybe because the extension .jpg comes before .mp4). I thought if prefixing 1 at date (1-2017.05.23 -........) this could be the solution!?!? Maybe I should create an .jpg image and place it inside the video!?!? If you would tell me how to do it? To the point where we have perfectly understood my question, that is, if you can suggest a method for me - in a photo and video album - to make the video visible first. Thank you for your answer

Ok so let me understand this, i can't upload a video from CZcams and post it on Facebook? And i can't upload a video and use my phone to post it? So the only way to do that is by computer?
Well that was time wasted. So it appeared to finish loading as I had a thumbnail from the beginning of the video showing. I had text describing the video, but the Post button remain shaded out. I waited and waited, but nothing changed. I then decided to hit the Status button in the top left corner and when I did that the video disappeared. I hit Status again hoping/thinking it would come back but nope. So the only thing there was my text and I just deleted that and now .....I don't have my video uploaded and I don't know why or how (to). :/

Hey there! This video was shot using the Canon Rebel t4i. You can still find that camera used for super cheap. But any of the new entry-level Canon DSLRs will give you great quality especially if you have decent natural light (sunlight) coming in to light your shot. :)

So I go to photos/videos icon (which I've done countless times with no result).

Hi there, I use Premiere Pro CC. iMovie will probably make your head hurt. It's not fun to use. If you want an entry-level editing program, I would use Camtasia. :) But if you plan on making lots of videos I would get the Premiere Pro subscription from Adobe.

Hey David, It depends on what video editor you're using. But any editing program will allow you to choose various export settings for your video which allow you to manage your file sizes. Facebook allows a maximum of 1 GB. I'd recommend turning any Facebook video into 720p max. No need for 2k when you're on Facebook! And I'd limit my bitrate to 8-10 mbps if that's an option your editor gives you. BTW you can do all of this with Premiere Pro editing software. Just get the free trial and give it a try!

Hi Colette, I have a facebook page which I rarely go on. I have however got 3 youtube channels. I want to upload and monetise my videos to facebook. Now do I upload the video and wait till I get 10000 views and THEN apply for monetise or do I upload and try and monetise straight away and wait till the video is approved? Thankyou Colette.
