He is such a softie, you can see how uncomfortable he feels but he powers through it. Such an amazing band to see live and I hope one day I'll be able to afford a meet + greet with them

He is very kind during meet and greets. My daughter made me to the concert. He laughed and said he would make sure I left a bigger fan than her. We chatted for a minute about music.
James Gerdes chris is so damn sweet, hearing stories like that about motionless makes me wanna just cry my eyes out! Five of the best guys you could ever met!
No band should feel obliged to constantly tour, like they’re human and need a break as much as anything✌🏻

@@yukikittyy3522 the other thing is people want to see them in different parts of the world...but there's not enough time to do it all. Especially as a band with any sort of fame/recognition; and splitting it up to where you don't overwork youself. You should never get to a point where doing what you love turns into a "job" or "chore"
Honestly I think bands need to take long breaks away from each other, hang out with family and friends, maybe work on personal life or work...have a solo job or whatever it may be...
Bands shouldn't feel they have to cater to the fans' wants and needs, even though there are folks that will disagree
@@phant0m0th_ totally agree, of course I'm so happy and grateful I got to see them in my country (a few shows prior to this one in London actually) but I don't expect them to come every few months or something, that's just crazy
James seems good at helping Chris feel comfortable when he starts being critical of what he's saying! Skilled interviewer.
He's a solid interviewer, great to see some one so adept at what they do

I just love seeing Chris talking so passionately about the record, the music video, etc. It makes everything they do so much more personal and overall amazing. He's such a great and honest guy

I saw a lot of bands live this year and MIW was by far the best. Great setlist, tight performance, lots of energy and you can tell Chris and the band are really down to earth dudes who appreciate their fans.

Motionless are always so kind and thankful to their fans. I just love that they are so grounded ♡♡ they are the best for sure! And as he ask chris where he see s them in the future i hope touring in germany again xD but after a break of course xD

At the time I went to the concert I also didn't have friends who listened to them as well and/or could fo to the show with me, so I went alone. And it still was great, so I recomend to go even if you're alone :)
I don't even have friends in the country I live in let alone MIW fans. I just missed them a few weeks ago too. You'll meet friends when you see MIW live. Maybe talk to some people next to you or something.
I've been going to concerts alone for years! Didn't regret one show!
After a while I found a Facebook Group with people who also didn't have people to go to shows with & I met up with a few at the next show. I have grown incredible friendships with them & our little concert gang grows and grows, bc we just talk to people who are alone at concerts & it's the coolest thing! :)
Just try to put yourself out there.
And for now, just enjoy going alone to concerts, there's nothing wrong with it. :)

Also I've seen them alone 5 times, it's almost better to be honest...you can get emotional and sing arm and arm with other fans. It's great....my offer still stands for January 8th though!!🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

Gathering coins from the couch cushions, Ive been to every single MIW show near me including Warped Tour but unfortunately this year I just can’t afford it.
Motionless has been the one band that throughout all these years has not lost my interest and support. Ive met Chris and he is an amazing guy. No matter what changes go on in the band, I know I will feel something when I hear your music. Thank you for making music I, and many other, can connect and relate to.

I like very much the tone, how Chris speaks, moreover that he looks down when thinks, very natural and simply shows he speaks truth and goes deep into thoughts to bring the true facts and stories

This is the first time in my 20 years of listening to music that i sat an listened to an entire miw album and i love this one to bits. Cause it gives me 90s an early 2000s music that literally founded my taste in music.
The man is a genius when it comes to his music. No song is the same sound as the last keep up the great work chris.👨🎨👨🎨👨🎨

One of the things that I really like about this new album is the amount of hearing Chris’s AMAZING SINGING VOICE! Like, wow, dude!! Chris’s voice is amazing, and it’s so unique.

Sophie Cat If you can afford it, get a VIP meet n greet package. You still get your admission ticket for GA but you also get
1) to meet the band and receive hugs (most of the time, unless they do a group Q&A type of thing or so I’ve heard. I’ve never been to a Q&A one but every time I’ve gotten hugs.)
2.) if they choose, a Q&A
3.) a vip gift (usually signed posters and pins for jackets)
4.) a VIP photo with the band.
And they are very sweet and friendly toward their fans. Chris has a habit of squeezing the air out of me and he nuzzles too. They all nuzzle when they give hugs, some more than others.

I ended up hearing voices by chance on the radio. Frankly i fought listening to it because I tend to stick to what im familiar with and like. I gotta say however, Motionless In White hooked me IMMEDIATELY. And then i kept hearing more and more music by them and i knew i was a fan. I'm not sure what their older stuff was like but i can feel the shift they made recently and I guess what im saying is im happy found them. I cant put into words what i like. Theres something there that makes my mind feel at ease when i hear their music and that doesnt happen often. Thank you motionless in white!

Kurt the album's a turning point for MIW. I feel that album influenced their sound in reincarnate and graveyard shift, and now disguise

I feel like Chris describes this kinda of Murphy's Law effect within the band. Rolling through the motions of everything like communication, line up change, chemistry, just anything that could naturally happen for better or worse. Either way, whatever happens is meant to happen. But it has made them a tighter unit which in turn gave Disguise the vibe that it was born with
My daughter and I saw Motionless in White this past summer with Alice Cooper in Cincinnati and they were awesome. Really enjoyed the show. That was our second time seeing them live. They are a must see.

I saw motionless in white for the first time on the tour with Alice Cooper. I had never heard of them before I was there to see Alice, but the connection they had with their fans made me want to be one and I've been listening to them ever since
