- YES this video is like 2.5 hours long DONT COME FOR ME but you guys probably know I'm like physically incapable of making short videos AND I included time stamps to skip over things (like the q&a for those who don't give a crap and I don't blame you) but pudge and I are back with another week of plant to-do's! If you have any plant things to do too please let me keep you company 💁♀️ There's a good portion of this video dedicated to the Q&A where you don't necessarily need to watch what I'm doing- consider it more podcast style in video format? Yeah idk I'm gonna stop talking now.

I just want to say, I'm sure the amount of us in the plant community that don't mind you not showing your face, that think Pudge is adorable n happy, that also grow plants without drainage holes and feel you have the right to do your videos as you like is far greater than the few people who can't seem to help themselves from being a-holes. I know it can be hard but, try not to let them get to you, they don't matter. Anyway, just wanted you to know you DO have many of us that sincerely appreciate the time n effort it takes to put these videos together and allowing us into your home. Hi Charmaine! Just wanted to share that one of my biggest challenges in plant parenting was always following "rules" and trying to stick to the tried and true methods of plant care. But since I found you, I've tried so many different things and broke every rule I had. So many of my plants have no drainage now, they're thriving and it's made my life SO much easier! Thank you 💚

Great video! I wasn’t home for a week so I was catching up on plant and cleaning chores so listening to you chat and answer questions was like having a friend over. I love your energy and honesty! I was unsure why we rarely saw your face but the way you explain things and how candid you are helps others like myself with insecurities and mental health more than you realize. I always look forward to your videos!
I’m so happy that the things I’m trying to convey in my videos are actually coming through 😭 I watch a good amount of youtubers and even though I adore them, I always feel this huge disconnect because I can’t relate to most them. I was worried about sharing too much of myself and things that most people feel should be private, but I have no regrets! This CZcams channel has become such a healing place for me in a way, and I really can’t thank you enough for being here. It really really really does mean so much!

I love your place--those huge windows, tall ceilings, and that view. The tall marginata by the window is perfect for that space. You have a great eye for decor! It's also fun to see your relationship with Pudge. I take advantage of opportunities to love on our dogs too, "Here, you need to put on your harness, and let me hug and scratch you while I'm at it 😂"

Fun fact about dogs and poop: I had to go to an Apple store for assistance to my MacBook and I decided to bring my dog with me. The store was in a mall like an hour drive from home and that day was very foggy and the traffic was bad so it took even longer, so when I arrived there I stayed a little bit outside in the parking lot on the grass to see if she had to wee or poo. After a while I was confident that she was good to go and I entered the mall, went to the second floor where the apple store was and she started pooping in the middle of the mall. I wanted to bury myself 10 meters deep but I had to pick up poop instead. She's not with me anymore and I miss her like air to breathe so watching you and Pudge and the connection you have really melts my heart.
My oldest dog loves to poop on cement. She hates grass.

Love the long videos! If you don't want to go the Patreon route, then enable super chats or whatever it's called when you do your premier chats. Also think about the "buy me a coffee" route that Betsy Begonia does on her YT channel- it would literally buy you a coffee in your case. Some people truly don't mind supporting content makers like yourself. Get it, headless youtuber : )

I also have motion sickness, but love video games. I think the reason you are able to play GTA is because it is played in third person. First person games 100% will trigger my motion sickness, but if it’s in third person I’m honestly completely fine! RDR2 is my favorite game, maybe you’ll like that too since its third person as well, and made by Rockstar too. :)

Thank you really like to see the cleaning of your cleaning up your substrate and what to do so that it can be recycled I'm a new plant parent
I think you can get mould if there is too much humidity and not enough air flow in your soil mix. I did have some mould issues before on top of my soil i sprinkle with cinnamon on top and mix the soil a bit. Since my soil is in a good mix now u don’t have that issue. Fungas gnats i hate them you get them if soil is too wet and not draining your plants well. I bottom water my plants now and use sticky tags on my plants. I had fungas mildew on my Dracena Marginata over the winter i had to cut all the leaves off and recently just had to throw it out the stems was soft. Dracaena defiantly had to treat cause of its bushy leaves and pointy structures.

I never open my prop boxes. I use vermiculite and it never molds for me and roots grow super great and you don't have to untangle the moss.

FYI; moss is technically more sustainable to a degree because of the many laws that are put in place to keep the land protected. SO much misinformation always. Lol but, people jsut repeat what others say.
