Ribs on offset smoker. These turned out amazing

    Can’t go wrong with any Kosmos rib glaze. Pineapple Heat is my go to glaze. I’m glad living in Oklahoma, Kosmos products are readily available for purchase. Keep the videos coming!

    Great video mate, makes me want to come back up for another whisky bbq night. Those ribs look a lot fuller than the ones you get in supermarkets- any tips on getting good quality ribs?

      These ones are spareribs the ones you had were baby backs. I always use bobs family butchers in Hatfield for all the meat

    Hey Skinny great vid, I'm on the fence smoker wise. I'm looking at a pitboss Austin XL with a smoke daddy controller upgrade. The reason for this is I can disassemble and get it through the house should I need to move (I rent) . Can the off set be dissembled to the point of being able to fit through normal doors? For reference I already have a masterbuilt gravity smoker, that went through my flat just fine.
