Looking younger and feeling younger are two very different things.

To slow aging eat less, drink lots of water, eat more fruits and vegetables and exercise and smile!

Isn't it odd. People can get Ozempic prescribed for weight loss, but my diabetic husband can't get it because of the outrageous cost that my 400.00++per month insurance premium, doesn't pay a penny towards. Vanity is more valued I guess.

I like being a senior citizen. I look like one, I am 68 and I feel like forty. the mirror shows the truth. I like my face still. No its not quite the same but I still see me in it. My little grandson loves my face. He loves his grandad. I never knew either of mine. My dads father was 54 when dad was born, my moms dad was 50 when she was born. I guess that means I could have a fourteen year old kid at my age. OH HELL NO.
Diet and lifting weights with cardio. Taking proper supplements... all those things as a lifestyle is what works. Not drugs

Lift weights, get plenty of protein, stay hydrated, wear a hat and use sun protection, stay active. You will look good because you have good posture, your body looks like you work out, and you have confidence. This is attractive and desirable.

I'm Asian. I looked like a teen at 39. We stay young until menopause. Then we hit that fqng wall and everything falls apart in a hurry. It's not even wrinkles. It's like, no wrinkles but the face changes, like everything under the skin gets pulled down by gravity 😑😞☹️
