- Beatrice grew up in Western and like what we know as norm, she thought she’s go to school and have a career. All this was cut short when she was raped by a man in a home she went to seek help. Beatrice was forced to marry that man and together they had over 8 pregnancies but she lost 5 of them. Her husband brought so many other wives into their marriage and one she says bewitched her. Today she came to encourage the Tuko Family that even though it seems like when it rains it’s pours, there is always a way out.

Waluhya nao na mambo ya kurithi wajane wanasinya, I remember 2010 my hubby died and I was also forced kurithiwa but I refused even If was too young 30yrs old but I decide kuwachia my mum watoto nikakuja gulf kufanya job nisomeshe watoto wangu ...nashukuru mungu my life na my kids is successfull we are doing good by the grace of God....from grass to grace ....I glorified you Lord for the far you brought us.

One lesson that I have learned: That is why we should educate our children to tell us everything no matter what. She agreed to go back without talking talking to her mum. However, her mum may have also made her go and live with her rapist! It is unbelievable.
