This ended up being a little too RNG heavy for no hitting for now, so here's a run without healing. Tenebris' attacks are definitely the most problematic of the three, with him having a stonger version of Lucerna's pink sine pattern star attack that shoots straight but is faster and is spammed, and a ball that explodes into stars that randomly attack you. Both dogs also have a falling stars attack that can become really difficult to dodge.
