Stanford's Nico Provo (Stratford) talks about his experiences at the 2024 NCAA Division I national championships. Provo (125) beat West Virginia's Jeff Strickenberger, 13-4 in his opening match before losing to No. 3 seed Drake Ayala of Iowa by tech fall, 19-4. Provo won his first consolation round match with a 12-6 win over Ohio State's Brendan McCrone but was eliminated by No. 5 seed Jore Volk of Wyoming, who got a takedown with one second remaining for a 5-4 victory. Provo (20-8) was seeded 14th in the field.
