    RECIPES FROM THIS VIDEO:
    FREEZER PANCAKES:
    --------------
    -110g flour
    -2 Tsp baking powder
    -OPTIONAL: salt, cinnamon
    Stir to combine.
    -200ml plant milk
    -1 Tbsp oil
    Stir until it’s a thick batter.
    Fill in an ice cube tray and freeze.
    When you wanna have pancakes: fry them covered on medium heat on each side for a few minutes.
    Serve with yogurt, maple syrup and berries.
    GRANOLA:
    -------------
    -5 Tsp coconut oil
    -5 Tbsp maple syrup
    -a pinch of salt and cinnamon
    Melt in a pan.
    -125g oats or millet flakes
    Add and toss around on medium heat for 3-4mins.
    Transfer to parchment paper to let it cool down completely before transferring to a jar.
    Serve over yogurt and fruit. (I mixed coconut yogurt with protein powder)
    FAVORITE RICE BOWL:
    COUSCOUS SALAD
    -----------
    -210g pearl couscous
    Boil in salted water for 8-10mins
    -a handful chopped cilantro
    -a handful chopped parsley
    -1 TSP cumin
    -1 TSP salt
    -1 TSP paprika
    Add everything to a container and mix well.
    Store in the fridge up to 4 days
    COUSCOUS SALAD
    -----------
    -210g pearl couscous
    Boil in salted water for 8-10mins
    -a handful chopped cilantro
    -a handful chopped parsley
    -1 TSP cumin
    -1 TSP salt
    -1 TSP paprika
    Add everything to a container and mix well.
    Store in the fridge up to 4 days
    TOFU FETA-----------
    -200g firm tofu, cut in cubes
    -100ml olive oil
    -1 TSP dried Italian herbs
    -juice of 1 lemon
    -1 TSP garlic powder
    -1 TSP salt
    -1 TSP paprika
    Give it a good shake
    Store in the fridge up to 4 days
    LAAB STYLE TEMPEH:-----------
    -200g tempeh, crumbled
    Fry in oil for a few minutes.
    -2 TBSP light soy sauce
    -juice of 1 lime
    -1/2 TBSP sugar
    -a bunch of chopped cilantro
    -salt to taste
    Mix well.
    Store in the fridge up to 4 days
    TAHINI SAUCE:
    -----------
    -4 TBSP tahini
    -2 TBSP maple syrup
    -juice of 1/2 lime
    -1 TSP Marika
    -1 TSP cumin
    -salt to taste
    -water to thin
    Stir well.
    Store in the fridge up to 4 days
    MISO SESAME DRESSING:
    -----------
    -2 TBSP soy sauce
    -2 TBSP vinegar
    -2 TBSP maple syrup
    -4 TBSP sesame oil
    -1 big TSP miso paste
    -optional: ground ginger to taste
    -sesame seeds
    Mix well.
    Store in the fridge up to 4 days
    TOMATO PICKLES:
    -----------
    -250g cherry tomatoes, halved
    -3 TBSP balsamic vinegar
    -salt to taste
    -1 TBSp sugar
    -a few basil leaves
    Store in the fridge up to 4 days
    CUCUMBER PICKLES:
    -----------
    -1/2 cucumber
    -3 TBSp white wine vinegar
    -3 TBSp water
    -1 TBSp sugar
    -salt to taste
    Store in the fridge up to 4 days
    CHOCOLATE DATES:
    -----------
    -6 dates, pitted
    -6 TSP peanut butter
    -75g melted dark chocolate
    Fill each date with peanut butter.
    Add dark chocolate on top and refrigerate up to 7 days.

    I love following your videos. The best part is how no frills your process is. You don’t obsess over how precise everything should be which is what makes cooking stressful for me at times.     Your ideas are just fabb...!!! I'm now a vegan since I got lactose intolerant and all these recepies help me forget the absence of milk and milk products in my diett!!

      They are great recipes and tofu has calcium but if you’re lactose intolerant don’t forget to use calcium rich foods which are not shown in this meal prep really at all your average woman between 18 to 50 years needs 2.5 servings per day. There are plant -based alternative they just aren’t being advocated in her videos. I would like to see a bit more of that so that, the nutritional quality of the diet isn’t compromised.       @@standingstrong321 The water in Germany is LOADED with calcium. That’s why she doesn’t need to worry about that, just get enough vitamin D and you are good.

    Ahhh I love ptitim ("pearl couscous")! It was made originally as a cheap rice replacement during Israeli austerity times but it's just so good cooked in broth and topped with roasted veggies

    I made the laab style tempeh but subbed the tempeh for tofu. Omg what a delicious recipe! I actually like tofu so much more using your method of 20min baking before adding on the stove! Thanks!!!

    Thank you for the video! Very interesting recipes, I would like to try some. I hope you will make some video about meal preping veggies that are usually not eaten raw (like zucchini or root veggies) as I often struggle to do something with them.

    I've been looking for a lot of vegan recipes on CZcams, but I finally came across your video. I subscribed right away. I like it because it has many practical and simple recipes. There isn't a lot of variety in vegan products in Korea but there seem to be a lot in Germany. By the way you are so adorable! 😘

    i don't know if you will read this but your videos really inspire me to upgrade my own kitchen to help motivate me and deal with my depression. my containers and kitchen are pretty lackluster right now but slowly upgrading. i was wondering where you get those lovely jars and containers? they look so much better than cheap plastic tupperware.

Ich hab mir tatsächlich das ganze Video angesehen, was sonst sehr selten vorkommt, weil ich dazu tendiere, vorzuspulen, weil alles so in die Länge gezogen wird, ich aber die Informationen kurz und knackig haben möchte, bzw, nicht unnötigerweise jemandem 10 Minuten beim Schneiden einer Gurke zusehen will... das Video war so inspirierend, wie alle deine Videos. Va die Shorts kenne ich alle jnd ich muss gestehen, ich hab noch nie so viel nachgekocht, wie von dir! Und alles schmeckt hervorragend!! ❤ danke für all deine Mühen und Inspirationen.

    Buildingblock mealprepping is much better! You get more variantion. Especially with some more fresh veggies. And i made a screen shot of that second dressing that one looked so good!

    Love the idea of preparing the building blocks for a nice meal, with the choice of mixing them how I prefer! :) And in the longer videos you can hear the German accent a bit more, which is meant to be a compliment, as I love all the different accents 😁
