I think Sam put all her depression stress into exercise she as to rest everything as a limit
Couple of months back , happened to watch her couple of workout vlogs session,..trust me, even a layman would have really felt that she was doing her workout in excess pushing herself to the extreme. I felt that, one just needs to excercise to be fit, but getting obsessed with workouts and pushing to the extreme is absolutely unnecessary. She being a lady, it is not at all necessary.

I struggle same issue and same simtums... Autoimmune problem,
Swelling,skin alergy,body pain.. im struggling 6 months...furst 2 months so many treatment tacking tablets so many blood test no use finally I'm using stiroid table it will work for me come back normal...but reflect my face and skin after issue 50 % defferent and wait gain also...very pain full prosse 1 year...nonveg, mushroom,nuts,some day,dairy products, don't stress avoid 6 months...
Me too the same but recovering getting back food changes minda happyaa vachikonga you will get back

For autoimmune there is no correct medical reason for the disease cause and no complete cure and iam suffering from rhematoid artheritis and under medication which is very painfull mentally and physically

She will not die by the disease there are medicine to reduce the symptoms and pain of the disorder can live long life so this social media only making drama not only samantha after corona and corona vaccine many of us suffering from autoimmune disease.
