In reality, from my experience this amplifier's real output is about 35-40 watts using 8 ohm speakers. These countless watts are pure marketing, totally misleading. However, I purchased mine for $45 so not complaining, it's disposable tech. With a proper cabinet fan to cool it, it could last ages, heat are those cheap electronics worst enemy, they are nor designed to dissipate heat well.
