Easy non alcoholic summer drink recipe - plus, join me in a new exciting challenge!
Hello and welcome back to my weekly vlogs from the country side of Ireland!
This week we had fantastic weather (finally!!!!) with loads of sunshine and high temperatures.
We spent a lot of time outdoors and had long walks in the countryside.
Watch as I share with you a super easy recipe for a fruity and refreshing summer drink that is totally alcohol free, and most importantly kid friendly!
Also I tell you all about an exciting challenge I decided to join this year, in order to improve my overall fitness and mental health.

My recipe for the easiest non alcoholic summer drink:
(Makes one serving)
- 120ml apple juice;
- 2 frozen strawberries;
- Half lemon juice;
- A sprinkle of ground ginger;
- Cocoa powder, to sprinkle on top.
Place apple juice, frozen strawberries, lemon juice and ground ginger in a high speed mixer. Mix well till all ingredients are well combined and there are no lumps (from the frozen berries). Pour drink in your favourite cup or mug, sprinkle with cocoa powder and enjoy!
