Send (local & API) Files in Discord with python and discordpy2 (Beginner Full Tutorial)

In this video we look into different ways to send files in discord using python and discordpy2. We are creating a simple !dog command that takes images from an API and sends them as embeds and replicate this behavior with local files of cats for our !cat command. Lastly we also send attachments in discord directly by the example of a !meeting command.
