It is just their rendition. The original singer of this song is Mr. Pangilinan. It's purely ballad yet Sejun arranged it to have a rap part (according to his dad's tweet)

Bakit ba ikaw? Or Why are you (still)? was and is still a popular song even today. Original by Michael Pangilinan also a good looking and a very popular singer. A sad song about a guy longing for his ex- girlfriend. There wasn't any rap part so SB19 did a great job there.
TRIVIA: Michael Pangilinan's first hit single had a gay themed on it. A gay guy in-love with his friend but the latter refused the love cuz he's straight. Sad but true as well.

It actually happened when they performed GO UP, TILALUHA was played instantly and have no time to catch their breath. But still slayed!
The first pronunciation was almost perfect expect the last word haha its e-cow hehe
You should come and see them in their tour encore in Manila. The date and venue is still to be announced though but the last leg of the tour in in Davao on March 28, so maybe the encore show will be in April (or May).

I've already watched it so many times and am always amazed with their vocals and their harmonizations. Am always have tears in my eyes coz the message of the song plus so proud of the boys. They nailed it. So so proud of them.
By the way, BAKIT BA IKAW means in english it's like WHY IT'S YOU? This was sang by Michael Pangilinan. One of my fave local singer here and it's SB19's one of their fave singer too.
