had a cracked session today, took literally 30 minutes total
The past few weeks I've been really trying to work on as much indexing/speed fundamentals as possible, and it's paying in dividends. This chart isn't possible without doing some pretty nasty 10kmax bursts at 1000 bpm, most of which are inherently inconsistent in nature, and throw that in with a good amount of inconsistent rolling and you have yourself a good short challenge. Somehow, it took 7 minutes of full attempts and I got a fluke from 22. Crazy stuff lol.
