Yes, I have been to Moalboal. I had to high of expectations especially on SCUBA Diving. Snorkeling was better than the diving. Saw Turtles Snorkeling, nothing on SCUBA. White Beach is the place to go. It is something to do as to say I went. But will not go back. There are many better places. I liked Malapascua Island for SCUBA with the Thrasher Sharks. Bantayan Island is nice for beaches as long as you have someone to share it with as there is no night life and only one SCUBA shop which talked be out of going. I really like Pangloa which is where I am at now. A lot of nice beaches and the shelf is about 75-200 meters off shore all the way around the island. Great Snorkeling and decent SCUBA.
